    The way you speak seems so considerate, smart and kind. There's different types of intelligence and they only test some of them in IQ tests because that's the only types they know how to properly test. Good that you're speaking publicly about your struggles, you're inspiring.

      Yeah Trump has a “high IQ” and this man here is certainly more grounded and smart and Trump became president - funny old world but it goes to suggest to not be overly obsessive about IQ - hard work and genuine character and enthusiasm will see you a good way in life

      He is making an excuse of having iq 70, which is clearly not the case. His math score on that very test was above average, he is very articulate, clearly there is something else going on - some sort of asperger/afhd seems much more likely. He is not low iq at all.

    You definitely have a higher number of autistic traits than average. It is the reason I enjoy your personality and your videos. I have autism. Autism is simply an alternative life strategy - one that is less focused on socialising and more focused on seeking truth and gaining resources.

We have so many solutions now for people like you, but they are available at a small number of poaces worldwide and they are a bit expensive (think thousands of eur, not tens of thousands) msotly because the diagnostic part is expensive.

    I'm an Aspie, definitely have autism in my case. You don't strike me as a fellow autist, but it's tough to be sure. You could have one of the many comorbidities that come with Aspergers. Autism seems to result in a spiky IQ, really strong at some things and not so good at others. That's how it played out in my life. Top of my class at uni in my subject of study and barely passable in the humanities. And I can not spell or punctuate properly.

    I agree Mark, use your own intuition. Paid professionals such as teachers and psychologists are definitely conditioned to be compliant and align with this 'book' version of how to act, perform their duties and view the world. As a consequence many behave in a rote fashion rather than taking a real and conscious interest in not just the tactical aspect of their job but also the bigger picture to think outside the doctrine and consider alternate possibilities and approaches. With that said, do not underestimate the knowledge that they have, at times they can seem off the mark but they have an insight you have missed. I see the world as you do. However it has been my personal experience that by taking the time to see how others can be right rather than dismissing them as outright wrong can lead to insights that will shift and better inform your world view because it may not be true as they voice it but hidden in their message maybe something your missing. Bias is your enemy. Good luck, I would love to see you get to university, you have great potential, if I was to guess, I would say that your mind is particularly suited to macro economics and strategic thinking. Maybe something in finance or IT Secuity might be the challenge your looking for.

      I don't want to internet diagnose, but I don't think he has an IQ problem so much as multiple specific learning difficulties. He has identified his learning difficulties himself [previous vids] and developed his own strategy, he learns and improves if he learns for 20 to 30 minutes and he deffo cant do 8 hours.
      Just the ABILITY to identify your own learning issues and work out solutions indicates an IQ way over 70. Thats 90+ level, probably 95.
      I think he has just been allowed to fall through the cracks in the education system. If he had gone to a private school he would be a middle manager

    • @martyspandex
      @martyspandex ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@piccalillipit9211 Didn't he say he did go to a private in a previous video? And part of the problem was isolation through them being high achievers? I may have this wrong, but I think that's what he said

      @@martyspandex Sorry I meant to say private specialist school. But even so, if he went to a private school and was neglected like this, thats utterly shocking. Its bad enough that it happens in state schools.
      This was my other comment "You linked inattentive teachers, Low IQ, possible autism, NUTRITION, and Occam's razor [simpelest solution likely correct] as combined and interacting factors in your struggle with education and you know you have to identify the route cause of a problem before you can fix it - 40% of UK population cant do that"
      I think he is an intelligent person who for whatever reason has not learned the foundational building blocks of education and knowledge - I think he needs an FMRI to see what is going on when he tries to learn a new task. A guy that makes this video should be able to learn to flip burgers in a week, not 3 months. BUT these use different parts of the brain

    Have you ever thought about resitting the tests as well? Try it before something you enjoy, after something you enjoy, after a good hearty meal, starved with nothing but a measly handful of seeds on the other side of it. I think there are too many factors. When I was getting tested I was told it was very important, so I stressed and thought of it as a proper test or exam. In another setting, I could have felt more relaxed and less focused on any single task. Just an idea if that diagnosis is really bothering you. You're probably not going to do worse. Second opinion is always valid in these areas and there are many formats the test can take.

    I am not a massive fan of these IQ tests because they should be universally applicable. But they're not. If you give that type of test to an aborigenous person living in the jungle, they wouldn't have the slightest idea what the hell they're looking at. But they can find their way around the jungle, hunt, find food and survive. And that requires intelligence.
    I do like your approach and attitude however! I think independently of a person's IQ we should try and be the best we can. You're right - A person shouldn't let some lable define what you can or can't do.
    And yes, I agree, th people in the office are rotting away and so are their brains! 😂 I currently work in an office and it's boring most of the time.
    Also, well done for paying attention to diet. I wok with Nutritional therapists that help children with Autism through their diet, it's really important. Also, get your genes checked if you can - COMT and MTHFR are usually implied with Autism. Based on the results you can change your diet to help those genes in your body work better.

Gary Vee, who is a very successful entrepreneur, always mentions that he has a high EQ but a low IQ. Another example Would be Jack Ma who has a very high EQ and was able to create a trillion-dollar company because of his EQ not IQ.

    I´ve recently realised that nutrition plays a way bigger role than society/the healthcare system actually realizes and it´s sad. Poor nutrition/toxins are the main cause of most (direct and indirectly influenced) Problems (including a few gene mutations), like Concentration Problems, Motivation Problems, Addiction, Cancer, ADHD (dopamine Imbalance in the brain), Autism Spectrum, Schizophrenia, Depression (Serotonin is made by splitting Tryptophan, which is a Protein we consume) etc. So the things that you have been realising are lying in a very simple but deeply rooted and misunderstood/ignored Issue. I love finding People who are starting to understand that and I think IQ is overrated because it doesn´t measure every type of intellegence and I actually think you are very smart!

  • @JacobCarline-hn1nh
    @JacobCarline-hn1nh 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Don't let IQ tests hassle you. There's more to intelligence than what they measure. Focus on your strengths, whether it's book smarts or practical skills. Putting knowledge into action, especially if it earns money, is smart. Practice and projects are key to growth, whether they're profitable or not
    And you must learn before you earn so Hands-On skill from a book May someday give you that extra money you need and you won't be concerned with how smart anybody is testing you out
    You'll obtain respect and that's what you're looking for.

    If you are autistic is nothing wrong with being autistic learning disabilities can go with being autistic my not only autistic, but also dyslexic, dyscalcula, dyspraxic and possibly add, there are some traits quite a lot of autistic ppl myself included have, such as dificulty making and keeping friends, need lot of time to recharge from socialising, sensory impairments, meltdown, ablity to hyperfocus ( this is also prelevent in hdd and adhd) and intense intrests need to research everything there is to know about that topic and or person you are attracted too. Iq test are a crock of shi* it mistakenly did one in 2012 as i was led to do one instead of get assessed for autism. Another trait being very trusting anyway i score 73 or around therr i didnt slle much the night before so i was a bit tired and i hate tests. My point being iq test are ablist and exclude vast amounty of knowlege from no western people such as first natuons people and the knowledge about how to survive off the land, what plants make the best medicine ect It great you want to improve you knowledge but dont let that be the sole guiding force just because you want to be accepted by neurotypicals and be in a job that allows to to make a living. You are good enough already with the right supports you can work in your dream career.

    I think you’re confusing two different concepts. I mean from your video you seem to have coherency and capabilities in speech and if you truly had a low IQ you’d be incapable of: using more complex expressions, coherently communicating and understanding the complexities of diagnostic procedures. It would be interesting to know if, for example you struggle to understand that chicken nuggets should be placed in a different section to fries, as mentioned in another video or if you actually struggle to convert these thoughts into body actions which is a sign of neurological brain impairments which is a symptom of ASD. Also poor communication and decision making abilities are common with Autism.
