He is saying that there are many young pseudo intellectuals in the ummah who try to come across as very knowledgeable by asking for daleel in everything when they don't, in reality, understand how daleel works.
@@bayyinahawesome415 , daleel is very important. If there is no daleel there will be fabricated Hadees that spews out from so called daees. Daleel is very important. Chain of narrations and quotes from the source (lineage) is very important especially in this contemporary time. Nothing wrong in asking for the daleel. If the daae is confident he can produce the daleel. Daleel is not asked to a commoner. It is posed in front of scholar who is eligible of producing it.

Daleel is not only asked from scholars brother. If that was the case and daleel was only discussed in academia then no one would have a problem. There isn't a shortage of so called intellectuals in the ummah, trust me. They think reading books will make them scholars and the tutelage of a teacher isn't necessary when the prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wa sallam himself repeated after what Jibreel alaihissalam said. They are only there to show off their "knowledge" but fail to realize that they don't have any.
And asking for daleel from daees is also not a very good idea always because not all daees are scholars.
Just think about it, if a daee starts quoting all the narrators up to the prophet Muhammad alaihissalam in front of many common people, would that be a good idea? Would you be willing to listen to such a lecture? How many would understand what a marfoo hadith is; what a mansukh hadith is; who anas ibn malik is; what durr e mansoor is, etc?
@@bayyinahawesome415, then that must be clarified during the lecture. Otherwise people will think asking daleel is not important. Or daleel itself is not important. Actually this misunderstanding and confusions happen when lectures are not given proportionately. Manner of taking darrs or lecture must be copied from the ulema so as to initiate knowledge in a better way. When we improvise the style of taking darrs by our own (in order to make it more appealing) will only bring a kind of catastrophe among the minds of weak(in knowledge) people.
