Now that I can go back and reflect, it sucks that I missed so many great songs on it like this one and others
I don't know why people get so pissy when fall out boy gets the obvious attention they deserve just because they're popular doesn't mean the meaning of the songs change

(Coffee's For Closers) is Fall Out Boy's best song! It's filled with energy and it's incredibly vocally challenging. Not even mild autotune can dampen the raw power & range of Patrick's voice :)
I think this and the 2007 AOL sessions are the most perfect fall out boy performances simply because they ARE autotuned slightly. Just cleans up everything, not to mention the instruments are perfectly mixed on these sessions.

Patrick struggled a lot because he wrote all the music, and the only reason people hated it is because they didn't sound the same as cork tree or infinity on high. the fan base of 2008 ruined this album for everyone, even the band. and now because of them, those of us like me who think this album is their greatest masterpiece will never get the chance to hear it live other than 20$ nosebleed and what a catch. it really sucks that some people felt the need to ruin this for literally every single one of us.

I think they just added an echo effect (not sure what the technical term is). If it were autotune, it would sound really synthesized when he went off key. But I know what you mean. You can tell that it's a bit "cleaned up" compared to other performances.
