I like this, but there's actually a lot more things to hyperthyroidism than one would think. My doctor's told me there's a high possibility I could have this, despite being male, and there were a few things missed. Because hyperthyroidism is five times more common in women than men, I'm not sure if treatments are the same for both or what? Aside that, great video!

The treatments are the same for men and women. They cause the same symptoms. You are right about it being more common in women. There are several more symptoms to this including frequent bowel movements, anxiety/panic attacks, overreactive reflexes, etc.

Hyper and hypo have things in common. Trembling hands and frequent bowel movements go with hyper. Also rapid hair growth, always feeling hot.
