J’aime sa manière de chanter et sa recherche intérieure. Nico n’était pas une minette en quête de célébrité. Elle fouillait son inconscient, tout ce qui l’avait influencé. Le Gothique. Son concert dans la cathédrale de Reims est une merveille, c’est. la spiritualité pure.

It was the 12th December 1986, a dark winter night at the Tor 3 Club in Duesseldorf-Flingern. I was there and I still do remember this gig very well, although it is now more than 33 years ago.
I was really surprised about Nico´s very clear and concentrated appearance. I have seen her sixtimes live on stage during the 80s and every single time she was quite convincing on stage.
Today so many people want to tell us, that there was often pure chaos on stage during Nico´s Live Shows in the 80´s. From my experience I can tell you: This isn´t true. The concerts (often) were gorgeous, as this one here was in 1986.

Je garde tout ce que Nico a fait pour un article sur une femme exceptionnelle, à la voix et au talent peu communs mais qui n’a pas été reconnue de son vivant à cause de musiciens qui en étaient jaloux et qui n’avaient pas sa culture💖

Is this actually the Frankfurt 12.11.86 show as one commenter says below? Or the 12.12.86 dusselldorf show as the uploader indicates? Or is it neither? Is this in fact the 65 minute footage that is documented to exist from the Theaterfabrik show in Munich from 12.10.86?
