Well this was overall a very pleasing run to watch. In the end did you end up using even one of your SS chips? I recall you being a little picky about using them which is ironically pretty funny in regards to your username. On another note one day in the discord, I remember you mentioning with crit Mythra if you dont crit the rolling smash, you should interchange with Sword Bash. How does that work exactly?
hmm, i dont remember ever mentioned SS chip from discord history search, unless you mean the mirror matter or SS chip thingy? Yea SS chip seems to give more consistent damage but crit-heal wise, pretty dangerous. There are times i struggle to crit 3-4 times in a row and got killed because of that. If anything what i value SS chip is the high block rate. It has saved me many times even on Mythra, she seems to block quite often from one shot attacks. Rolling smash has a very long CD, if you do not crit heal, you cannot spam it and have to wait even with lovemerry + victory drink. Thats when you use sword bash instead and wait the rolling smash to recharge with pouch effect. Rolling smash also reduce the agro accumulated from Sword bash (you will hold agro if you keep on crit-recharging). Mythra can actually reach 97-100% crit rate with a special build, but thats more end game stuff. Each time you fail a crit and your did not focus on cancelling to another arts, you just lost a 30% cancel charge, not to mention you have to restart all over again. Thats a lost in DPS. Imagine failing crit after first cancelling and now you have to start again. Sword bash have 150% additive bonus and only 4 CD.
@@cheapercheapest5580 It was indeed the Moon matter vs SS chip thingie so you found it. That also makes sense. So if you were to crit on rolling smash and then get the lightspeed fury recharge you could use it again at no cost is what I'm getting correct? The only issue I could see is failing to swap to Sword Bash in time in the case of no crit, but that's a reaction related issue. Just gotta get faster I guess ;)
@@marioaguilar258 it can always happen when you least expected, like miss despite 50% foresight accuracy, guard etc. Some monsters have high ether resistance making sword bash better option. Rolling smash in between just to reduce agro. Sword bash fast animation actually have really good DPS. Especially when you build 97% crit build + OD.
