    At 66, I enjoy sleep at night.
    Previously, I didn't give much importance to slepp. Now I do.
    And I feel so refreshed and relaxed. Very good advises🙏

    From Alberta, Canada. Appreciate your talk packed with essential data and information in a convincing manner. You sound like a genuine person (doctor?) sincerely putting an effort for the benefit of others. For the last few years we started a group walking. With very severe spinal stenosis of lumbar and cervical areas, I couldn‘ even walk 500 meters. Now I can walk 7 km and even resume playing badminton. I am convinced going to gym regularly prevents me from taking any pain killers.
    We need more people like you, wishing you health and longevity witth the love that you righfully deserve .🙏 D.M

    I'm 73. I am in perfect health, but I am just beginning to exercise for the first time in my life. 23 years ago I developed a nighttime megavitamin protocol to create more serotonin during sleep. Since 1978 I have been maintaining a daytime megavitamin protocol for mental and physical health. Everything in this lecture confirms everything I've learned on my own throughout my life.     When I go to sleep between 9 and 10 I wake up at 4 in the morning, and am tired.
    Not every change is good for everyone

    Thanks for the useful suggestions. I sleep every day at 10 pm and get up at 6 am. This works well. I also take Vit.D supplements especially during winter. Thanks again.
