Congrats on your AWESOME weight loss results thus far with Phentermine and exercise. ! My Doctor also prescribed Phentermine for me on November 8, 2023. It has helped me to be more focused on choosing lower carb options, drinking protein shakes each day , drinking a lot of water each day and getting 10K steps each day - mostly on my seated elliptical machine. As of this morning my total weight loss since November 2023, is 25.8lbs ! I'm halfway to my goal of getting into ONEDERLAND this year.. God's continued best to you always !
I am on phentermine on and off for about 7months now. It does help my weight journey and it gives tons of energy!!! lol my house is always clean when I’m on phentermine
This is my last week on it, I have a follow up next week and I’m going to ask if I can stay on it for another month or so, i am currently down 30 pounds

My doctor started me on 15 mg we are working our way up to 37.5 mg. I noticed the dry mouth and i did notice a burst of energy like I wanted to run and I am 240lbs. So hopefully this works as nothing has worked for me so far! Best on your journey 🎉

I started back routine care with pcp and she started me on the same meds ❤ this good to hear! Going to start doing some more search on like meal planning and putting in some exercises in!

I am on phetermine but I am not getting the chance to work out. I did lose 6 pounds in a week.
@@seemizaidi-nw1bf I didn’t really work out that much until after I lost the weight I wanted. Keep going and don’t get discouraged. You got this
It seems like you are doing intermittent fasting as well. Plus gym and walking. Is that what helped a lot with losing weight?
@@seemizaidi-nw1bf I really started the gym more after the weight loss. I wouldn’t say I was intermittent fasting, I just ate when I was hungry or needed too, it wasn’t planned but it worked

I started out full force at 37.5 and never looked back.

Hello I have a question, what insurance covers the phentermine pill
I found out after I went to pick it up at the pharmacy my insurance did not cover it. I paid $30 for the prescription, which I didn’t think was bad. So about $1 per pill.. as of today 4/7 I’m down 16 pounds and I’ve only been on it one month so for me it’s well worth it.
you can also google good rx coupons my script was originally $39.99 and after I asked about the coupon at Walgreens they didn’t even ask for the code I found online and it brought the price down to $14
I’m with United health care and they covered it.

Hello which pharmacy did you pick up Phentermine from? I also reside in Atlanta Georgia
@@klassykreations2392 My insurance doesn’t cover it either but you can find Rx coupons online I paid around $14-$17 a bottle.
