Personally, I think you should get off top and ask your Dr to allow you to only take Phentermine 37.5 dosage which is the standard. It gives you energy and kills your appetite. Stay on it for no more than three months. Taper off of it slowly vs cold turkey. The energy I had was outstanding. It fueled my hardcore workouts (weightlifting and cardio ) then I’d still have energy to clean the house, run errands. It gave me a euphoric feeling. It does give you dry mouth and constipation and can speeds up your heart.
It only made me feel slightly constipated but I’ve ALWAYS been constipated.
You have a tiny bit of weight to lose so you won’t need it longer than a month.
I lost about 22 lbs in
1.5 months and I was around the same weight you are now when I started taking it. I stopped taking it because I just needed a little help to get going, then continued to lose more weight without it and kept it off.
    Hugs to you.
    You look beautiful ❤

It's my first day on Phentermine (half a pill so not the full 37.5) and it gave me no boost of energy at all today. Maybe it will change.

Can you tell me what meals you ate while taking it. I plan on going to the gym but I still want to eat healthy even if I won’t be eating as much. Also, I just took my first phentermine pill but I took it late (8pm) do I have to take it at the same time everyday now? I wish I took it early in the day😅

I do not agree with the majority of everything you said I’ve done a lot of research on this I’ve taken phentermine before I’m taking the Topamax with it now only because I wanted an extra boost, but I might just completely stop taking the Topamax what people don’t understand is the phentermine you do not have to take it for three months and stop the only reason why they say take it for three months and stop is because it’s a controlled substance and they say that they don’t want people to be addicted to it but the tolerance level For me, I can take this for four or five months straight and not be addicted to it because it doesn’t even up to me and that way it does not make my heart race whatsoever. Phentermine basically is just an appetite suppressant that’s it. It works excellent for me and like I said after the seventh day, I will probably stop taking the Topamax because there’s really no reason for me to take that because the Phentermine 37.5 mg work just fine.

    • @blkqtpy
      @blkqtpy 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@IrisP989 it’s different for everybody so I wouldn’t even take the advice of people saying that it gives you energy because it never gave me energy. It definitely suppressed my appetite for sure to the point where I had to remember to eat that’s how much it suppressed it and people don’t understand that not eating at all. It’s just as bad is over eating so you do have to still eat.

I started Phentermine 37.5 on Saturday and I’m down 5.3 lbs As of today. I had the gastric sleeve in 2014. Once I found love and had a hysterectomy the weight came back on and then some . I’m excited on this new life style and changes in my diet

I took topiramate and the gpl1 shot for 5mths and only lost roughly 20lbs. Me personally topiramate wasn’t doing ish even when they upped the dose but the shot actually curved the appetite and made me fatigue it did what it was up till my surgery date but wasn’t enough. Vonna you got this sis don’t beat yourself up just continue your journey you made it too far and I’m month and week po and I have lost 22lbs since surgery date and now I’m 199 yaaayyy😂😂❤

Congrats on the 22lb weight loss!!! Definitely going to continue my journey. It’s trial and error and I will keep pushing because I know that I will get to my goal and learn how to eventually curb my appetite on my own. Just continuing following what I feel is best for me in the meantime. Thanks for the support!!

I was started on phentermine 37.5 mg in the morning and topiramate 25 for 1 week and then increase to 50 at night. Starting weight 181 as at May 1st, today 168.2 lbs. I need to get o 160 lbs. I had insomnia first 48 hours and then back to sleep pattern. I weaned myself off the topiramate after 2 weeks because it slowed me down mentally and felt like a zombie, mood change to quieter than normal. Have stayed on Phentermine and it suppresses my appetite, do get jittery and a bit of energy but not over stimulated like most ppl say. I did develop heart palpitations and some chest discomfort in the first couple of weeks of taking it but not any more. As at June 1st, breaking my tab in half and it still suppresses my appetite. Will mention that I get very drowsy right after I eat. Otherwise it is working. Will never get back on topiramate ever again, too risky when I see my patients myself..needed to “be in my right mind.”

Hey, first I know your video is a year old this is just information you can use for the future if you so wish to. I just watched your video because I am currently taking Phentermine and Topiramate.
You were talking about the side effects causing you severe constipation if you ever get severe constipation again from any drugs that you're taking. Ask your doctor to write you a prescription for Movantik ( for constipation ) It is supposed to be strictly for people who are taking opioids. But I think it can be used for other drugs as well. I mean this drug was a lifesaver for me when I tell you I tried everything under the sun I mean I tried everything!! You take one pill every morning on an empty stomach with a full glass of water thinking abou😮t 30 minutes you're off to the bathroom and you have a NOEMAL bowel movement. Hope this helps you or maybe someone else. 🌹

I took topamax(topiramate) many years ago for my migraines, for over 10 years. You're on a low dosage but i dnt know if you know about the side effects. Hair thinning, hair loss, slow thinking, slow movements.
I know side effects depend are different for everyone, but every person I've encountered has had the same ones. Because you drive and have the children and i recall(if im not mistaken) you saying your family doesnt live close. My advice to you,as one parent to another,is do not take the top, simply because of those reasons it can put you in a "out of it" state when you least expect it.
Have you tried asking your doctor for Ozempic??
Or not try any meds at all?? Have you tried eating clean?? Lots of veggies and fruits?? And mainly fish?? And lots of exercise??
Hair looks beautiful as always 😊😊

Thanks for the advice. My family is closer now and I personally feel that medication is the best next step for me personally as I have already done everything else to not only deal with loosing more weight but having such a huge appetite. This isn’t a decision I made overnight. I’ve thought and prayed on it and will definitely not take anything if I develop any sort of bad side effects. All medications are trial are error and hopefully they can find one that can be more beneficial for me. Thank you for your support and concern.

Yes, Topamax is not really needed. Would say if you have migraines then yes, take it but you really only need to take Phentermine by itself. Friday will be my seventh day of taking Topamax and after that I’m stopping because I’ve taken Phentermine before years ago and it worked so I’m going to stick with that only the 37.5 mg because I don’t have any type of side effects with Phentermine at all. Topamax definitely makes my head foggy And I had to stop taking it at night because I’m already an insomniac so the Topamax basically really made me stay up so I had to start taking that during the day but again I do not need to take Topamax so I don’t want the crazy side effects that come along with Topamax, but Phentermine no problems at all

Have you done research on Olympic and red the absolute horrible side effects of Ozempic people have been hospitalized, paralyzed, gallbladder, problems, G.I. problems, awful things from Olympic and Wyomi. I can’t remember how to say it but the thought of injecting yourself weekly with that stuff in your stomach makes me cringe to me by far. Phentermine has been on the market since 1958 I believe or 1948 to me. That’s the safest route to go

Interesting that it made you feel tired, have you tired just the stimulant without the topiramate? If you have adhd try adderall on its own, its a better appetite suppressant and will not make you feel tired. I have adhd and coffee makes me sleepy reason why im suggesting.

It’s probably the capsules form because my opinion the tablets maybe better You have lost a good bit of weight be proud of yourself. Also you can try exercising along with taking it. It’s not a quick fix of you wanting to lose weight if you’re not exercising and practicing healthy choices.

If you’re having severe vision problems, you should’ve been stopped taking Topamax. It says that on the instruction that they give you with the drug and that’s permanent so if I were you, I would consider stop taking that and that’s the very reason why this is my sixth day taking Topamax and I’m stopping it. The risks aren’t worth losing 35 pounds.

Thank you for pointing out that featherman can cause art problems after you stop it, it can also cause full bladder and kidney problems. You cannot go around to hydrate it, you have to make sure you drink a lot, and the problem persists if you look on TH-cam, there are other people that have had heart and kidney problems call bladder problems and gotta let me know what else period I know. We all need to lose weight and I know we all want to be thinner. I want to be 60% farmer in my energize. My rear end my hips. And I wanna be 80 pounds later period but the problem. Is that no matter what doctor there is, when they try to control hunger in the human body, it can cause a lot of very serious problems. They just can't seem to get away from it. It seems to be one thing they cannot conquer in the human genetics. To control our hunger or make us burn calories faster without health problems.
