In Bangalore, I was given allotment form first . Once I got the approval from the property lawyer, I agreed to go forward and sign the application form. Thank you for increasing the knowledge on such an important topic.

Ours is a redevelopment project. 65 members. Developer has taken token money for extra area from @25 members. Building not yet demolised. One of d member who is also mc member has registered FIR against builder for cheating. Investigation is on and chargesheet in process. Section 420 & 406. Now d status is that the scty is also deciding to become complainant alongwith d member.
It appears to be a rare success story in progress. Very rare indeed! (I hope they will really file chargesheet, and not just B-summary or C-summary to close the investigation.) Kudos on your progress so far.
@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal Thank you Sir....👍 Actually your motivation has brought us so far.... Will keep you updated Sir. Developer has applied for ABA. Next hearing is on 7th Feb. IO is gathering the transactions receipts from d members, as of now...
@@proudindian2190 After FIR, the police formally commences the process of INVESTIGATION to gather evidences & witnesses for prosecuting the accused. If the police "finds" adequate material to prosecute, then it will find a chargesheet. If police "does not find" adequate material, then it will close it by filing a B-summary for "not enough evidence" or C-summary for "evidence does not indicate the offenses". As you may understand from my quotation marks, the police can claim a lot of false things, as per their suitability.
Is it true that a person looses some fundamental rights on becoming member of Co-Operative Housing Society? For example right to (refuse to) sign contract (agreement), right to hold property...
Sad but yes. Especially If you are in minority position. When redevelopment happens you can just put your points and suggestions.. but you cannot demand anything or hold the redevelopment. So yes you loose your rights. Happening with me so I Know :)
