    Ms. Varshney shows not just a well based and informed Ashtanga Modified Class BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY she shows Women of various ages, BODY TYPES and abilities. Too many Ashtanga Vid's show bendy 20 something year olds. Guess what Yoga World, there are many who are well into their 50's and beyond who are practicing Ashtanga. There are many like Elizabeth who are more stout in stature. Each body type has its natural strengths and weakness's. This is a joy to watch. Inspiring. THANK YOU.

    This was really wonderful! I'm a Hatha Yoga teacher moving into an Ashtanga practice and I've taken in-person classes as well as other TH-cam classes to supplement and this one by far was the best for those needing a few more steps to safely move into the Ashtanga practice. I was also trained in India, so it was nice to hear the chanting done so clearly...it gave me a brief flashback to my teachers in India. Thank you so much. Superb! Hari Om

    Thanks to Pranidhi and her real life students. I really liked this class. There were enough instructions that it was clear what to do but not so much that it was distracting. Pranidhi's voice is soothing especially when she counts. I was better able to get into my breath and body without music.

    I'm a returning ashtanga yoga practitioner that needed a gentler practice to help with a tight (recovering/injured) shoulder. Your video has been easing me back into a steady practice. I also found it helpful in improving my climbing and in preventing further running related injuries. Thank you so much for making this video and I hope you keep it coming!

    Thank you so much, I've started your 25 min ashtanga video and am eager to do this one when I have more time. I live in Buenos Aires, and assist an Iyengar class Fridays.
    But the rest of the week I feel the need for more yoga, and ashtanga has always been amazing.
    So I agree with others here, that shows real bodies that train and can achieve postures with time and dedication..
    Other asthanga videos are incredibly difficult and for people who are advanced, but for the rest of us:
    We need yoga to strengthen our bodies, help our internal aches, and free our soul
    I have began this path through your videos so keep them coming!!!

    I really like the rhythm of your instructions. I have started practicing ashtanga yoga only a few months ago. I have to do variations for a lot of the poses but my progress is great and I enjoy the benefits enormously.

    Thank you for the video! I was an avid yoga practitioner but after my second child it was hard. I have used your video to get back into it. I am flexible but lack the stamina as I have gotten through only 40 minutes or so. Hoping to build more stamina over time. I've been doing it 6 days a week for the past month or so.

    I very thankfull with this practice, was great i have been practice ashtanga but none was like yours, great practice i love about the ritual with the mantras open and close the practice and especial whe you using the sanskrit words to pass asana to asana , this practice make you be (very focus) conect witth ourself ....Namaste

    Important Question: Can Ashtanga Yoga be any more modified than this for those of us that may be recovering from injuries or just super stiff?     I practice a lot with your 15 mn video and now with this one, nevertheless I was wondering wether you could add some advices as you go along with the poses; that would help a lot, well it would certainly help ME for sure as I have never practiced with a teacher in over a year that I started with Ashtanga Yoga!

    I really like how you you do the call and response for the Ashtanga prayer. Do you think you could put the words of the Ashtanga prayer in the description box? It's hard to make out all of the words and it relieve me from having to open up a separate tab with the words. Thanks!
