Taking out relegation was the most ridiculous thing ever. It literally ended such a great game mode. A great game mode that already needed a lot of work. They put the dagger in it with that decision.
Clubs was so revolutionary in the beggining...FIFA10, 11, until prob 15.... my most unreal moment was playing with me and my buddy (2 players) in FIFA11 vs FIFAZILLAS (11 players) which was the number 1 team in the world and we drew the match 0-0.... good ol days!!!
just remember me and my mate on fifa 15 wanted Div 1 no losses, after 60 clubs we'd made it to div 1 promo match and took a bs 90 min goal and haven't been near that mode since... shit was nearly a decade ago but still haunts me... fifa golden era was deffo 12-15 bronze pace abusing on 12 was great
11v11 pro clubs is by far the best way to play this game. I feel like a lot of people don’t know much about it and nearly all content on the game is on ultimate team. There are so many leagues out there to join and play competitive full length seasons. The reason why more people aren’t playing this game mode is that there is no money in it and it can’t provide a fix to the massive gambling addiction EA have created with ultimate team
when you explained the current esports vs if pro clubs was the main one… “minimising your mistakes is boring”… it reminded me of that one ad where real players got replaced by robots, then the real players played against the bots

Its funny, they introduced crossplay late and it still doesn’t work properly. Im on my PC and my mates are on console. I found out if Im not the first one in the lobby, my mic will be disabled. I then have to tell everyone to leave the lobby via text, wait 15 seconds so I can get in the lobby by myself. Lol after that, the mic will be enabled but I will have to do a final “back out to main menu and then back into the lobby” to actually hear them. I’ve played pro clubs since it was released in 09 and everything in this video is 100 percent accurate.
Been playing Clubs since it came out so we’re talking about twenty years of experience here. I’ve always said if they even gave this mode half the attention of UT, it would be a content creation gold mine. Getting the boys together for a few hours of games has been and always will be fun ❤
I play Pro Clubs on the weekends. It's the only reason I buy this game. The worst is people just running all over the place spamming the call button and human keepers who switch to that position just to end up in midfield trying to dribble.
I have been saying the same thing for years. Would you rather watch a tournament of pro players who use the same players, bought a ton of fifa points and just pass back and forth? Or 11v11 e-sports. I think the answer is obvious
I love that you briefly included online competitions within the clubs community. As an admin for a league in North America, we are slowly, but surely, building a community within the game mode. We could only hope for that slither of a chance from EA to give these dedicated club players a proper chance to make the mode the best as it can be.
Honestly the pro clubs AI is so damn inconsistent. Them saying they “improved” the ai is a complete lie. This years pro clubs AI is 100% worse than 23s
I think it would be a great mode if it was like a ultimate team mode where you choose your teams AI players also instead of this generic players. And also bring back the old division system that was part of the game before. It was just amazing.
Also accomplishments were removed and stats stored server side because it was easy to just USB the fifa profile from your ps to a laptop, edit to 100% and put it back on ps. I used to do it until they took accomplishments out in fifa 14 I believe.
i bought fifa 23 and fc 24 mainly to play clubs and i had a blast on 23 reliving some of the moments from my childhood playing 16 and 17 but then on 24 i pre ordered and couldnt get more than 3 games to work during early access. one of the most frustrating modern gaming things I've dealt with
This is why I’m excited for 2k making a new fifa game this will hopefully put pressure on EA to actually try making a good game not only that 2k actually has a really good version of pro club( park/pro am)
Most drop in rats don’t know how to play. They could be level 88 and still lack awareness, fail to pass, no dribbling, 0 teamwork. Just terrible players. What’s also bad is they get rewarded with good ratings they didn’t earn.
Pro Clubs On a saturday Morning inviting you're friends over to play some pro clubs was like My Schedule for every Saturday it was that fun i miss the good old days
The lack of customisation in clubs is insane. There are 72 hairstyles available in clubs for me, and that number includes random volta items. However, in the create-a-player and career mode customisation screens, there are 222 hairstyles. Not to mention the huge amount of extra boots available outside of clubs. Surely clubs should be the most customisation-heavy mode?
The last three Fifas we have been (trying to) playing Pro Clubs with my buddies. As full time job millenials it is almost imposible to play UT so this mode is a casual yet fun alternative to other multiplayer games. EA does not seem to understand that apart from playing, normal people just want to chill and have a laugh with their friends a couple of hours a day. I guess EA also fears some predation of UT from this game mode, however, I believe that this kind of game is more of a subsitute for team battle royals like Warzone or Fortnite. At least in my case we began playing Pro Clubs after we got a bit bored of always playing Warzone.
I stopped playing UT in December. I only play clubs now. Although it’s not perfect, my enjoyment of FIFA has changed drastically. If more people played I think EA would take Clubs more serious. STOP GAMBLING ON FUT
If 2K actually does acquire the rights to design the next game with EA, they are probably going to implement P2W strategies to pro clubs since pro clubs is just the football version of the neighbourhood in 2K
I play it all the time in different online leagues, it could be done so much, people would go nuts. The lack of customizations even is so annoying. You have so much boots and hairstyles and tattoo opportunities. They could add them for real money, they could even make them rewards or achievements. They do the bare minimum with this mode and it hurts, because it clearly is the most fun thing, to use your own built player with your friends or maybe a competitive club. Thinking about it now, the level lock on your player is also weird, they could update the level cap throughout the year to keep evolving. Pro Clubs is just so more appropriate and suitable for E-sports than Ultimate Team. Bigger Skillgap, not being dependend on AI positioning, more variety etc. But I dont think EA will ever do that because they only want people to play Ultimate Team, where they can trick people into spending money into this horrible gamemode.

Split ultimate team into a free to play game on its own and then leave fifa as a 50-60£ game where the money made on each is split apart. Then you can get clubs and career their own funding while ultimate team will encourage people to spend more due to it being free

Clubs is still the only mode I have fun in , UT is trash, things I think should be realistic - you should be facing the way your aiming to make a long decent pass or shot or at least 30-45 degrees but I've seen players pass behind them perfectly 40 yards, shots players with their backs to goal should not really be able to score I dint care if they're messi TOTY it is shit. Things the game should remove, timed finishing, FK movement , half the skill moves, things they should add, custom leagues for UT so you can set up a league with your mates , pro club that use a KDR or WLDR to justify leagues not games played and no AI bots whatsoever so a player must control the unfilled team as the ANY player. Better kit customised, EA can charge for boots and badges hairstyles etc like rocket league does. Lastly servers 90% of of my online games lag badly to some degree to almost unplayable. Please being back fifa 17 or fifa 15
The only reason I have for buying FIFA since UT got ruined in 2017 was pro clubs but nothing has changed in almost 10 years. Same with career mode but talking about Career is like beating a dead horse. Not even worth mentioning anymore.

I’ve played around 600 pro clubs games this year. EA doesn’t give a shit about it. Cross play game chat has a 25% chance of working everytime you load into the lobby. Games didn’t even count for almost a full 2 weeks DURING PLAYOFFS. They really need to Fix the AI as well. AI is so slow when you call for the ball and often panic during an animation and lose the ball or make a huge touch. Keeper Ai when having the ball in hand or a goal kick. Keeper will boot it up to a 5’5 winger 90% of the time. Also Why the fuck do promotion games not have extra time? Having to win 6 games in div 1 in a row without drawing to reach Elite can be insanely luck based if you have ai teammates. Oh playoffs games have extra time? cool! right? No it’s fucking golden goal for no reason. Last thing so you can have “any” matchmaking off and still play against them? It’s an unfair advantage if the opposing user is decent at the game. Usually occurring when you’re 4 wins deep in a promotion run. It’s bullshit. Focus on the mode than can save ur game. Ultimate team is more dead than ever. Fix ya damn game EA

I start again play fc 24 2 games lose on bugs (division rivals), career mode is bad and for me not playable. And seasons, club, volta good mods but repetitive. Now i download pes 21 mods and absolute enjoy play master legue.
The most fun game mode on Fifa, but I haven’t been able to play because there is a bug that causes the game to close whenever I try playing clubs, I’ve tried literally everything, including reaching out to the scumbags known as EA, and they haven’t been able to fix it so they closed the cases, this bug started during the TOTY update and that was 2 months ago, thanks EA
Ironically the worst gamemode UT is the only one EA cares about, purely because it attracts the console equivalents of those mobile ipad kids who spend all their life savings on janky p2w games. Every other mode is neglected.

You get in as a RW you get paired with another RW and a bot ST wich sucks, you get in as a ST you get paired up with another ST and get moved to the wing with ST build !!! BTW if there's a good team out there that needs a pass first RW/LW holler!

pro clubs still hits if you got some friends to play with, imo its way more fun than FUT and a lot more forgiving

I’ve played around 600 pro clubs games this year. EA doesn’t give a shit about it. Cross play game chat has a 25% chance of working everytime you load into the lobby. Games didn’t even count for almost a full 2 weeks DURING PLAYOFFS. They really need to Fix the AI as well. AI is so slow when you call for the ball and often panic during an animation and lose the ball or make a huge touch. Keeper Ai when having the ball in hand or a goal kick. Keeper will boot it up to a 5’5 winger 90% of the time. Also Why the fuck do promotion games not have extra time? Having to win 6 games in div 1 in a row without drawing to reach Elite can be insanely luck based if you have ai teammates. Oh playoffs games have extra time? cool! right? No it’s fucking golden goal for no reason. Last thing so you can have “any” matchmaking off and still play against them? It’s an unfair advantage if the opposing user is decent at the game. Usually occurring when you’re 4 wins deep in a promotion run. It’s bullshit. Focus on the mode than can save ur game. Ultimate team is more dead than ever. Fix ya damn game EA

I still play pro clubs with my boys. It’s fine the way it is. Please leave it forgotten. No P2W micro transactions. Please do not remember this game mode EA so that you don’t ruin it.
I start again play fc 24 2 games lose on bugs (division rivals), career mode is bad and for me not playable. And seasons, club, volta good mods but repetitive.
Now i download pes 21 mods and absolute enjoy play master legue.
Its also stupid that i have to have ps plus to play pro clubs/ultimate team but thats more of a pd

The most fun game mode on Fifa, but I haven’t been able to play because there is a bug that causes the game to close whenever I try playing clubs, I’ve tried literally everything, including reaching out to the scumbags known as EA, and they haven’t been able to fix it so they closed the cases, this bug started during the TOTY update and that was 2 months ago, thanks EA
Id probably still be playing fifa if it was fucking crossplay and I could play with my friends
They forced the nonsense cross play. They got rid of relegation. They made the ai worse. And its a shell of what it once was
I want to old lobby back on pro clubs I hate the new one

IMPROVEMENT? they take stuff out of it!!!!!!!!!!!! in 21 you could chose your side and position in drop ins!!! Now NO! You get in as a RW you get paired with another RW and a bot ST wich sucks, you get in as a ST you get paired up with another ST and get moved to the wing with ST build !!! BTW if there's a good team out there that needs a pass first RW/LW holler!
