I was very impressed with the house. It looked like it came from a American built. Also maybe show the AV rack system which is always good to see. If that house was in London it would be at least £20m easy.

I’m from Nottingham and I’ve walked past this house so many times dreaming of owning it. When I was a teenager I imagined with my best friend living in this house and always had visions about what it looked like inside. Seeing comments that people mention about being professional ? If I wanted super professional I’d book a viewing with the agent. These guys aren’t agents, it’s not their job. I wanna see a chilled out, organic tour of the house with laughs, jokes and the odd mistake/blooper .keep it up guys. Let all be positive that in a relatively short about of time they have made big progress. It’s better with you two showing it without an agent. Also, I found it funny when Summer went into the house, straight took off her trainers and then proceeded to walk into the garage, store rooms and then into the garden hahah

First I just want to say that I love both your energy when you do the house tours. You are both professional and I love the fact that you dress casual. I think it’s more appealing to your audience. I really enjoyed this tour even though I only liked half of the house 😄. Also to top it off you gave us a Q & A which I really enjoyed.
I follow your tours and following up on your comments, maybe it's true that you're not professional but everything is relative. You're both on a positive learning curve and that natural touch that you give the tours is pleasing. It's great to see how you both get on so well together and back each other up. Thanks for giving us all the opportunity to get a glimpse of different properties up for sale, especially in the UK. This particular tour has made me feel envious of anyone who could own such a beautiful property. My wife and I love watching your videos. Do not change a thing your presentation is so natural and the occasional mispronounciation makes it feel as if you are friends not presenters. We like that you are not over critical even though some house style's are not practical just let the viewer judge. Although most of us cannot afford the properties shown the interior decor and fittings give plenty of ideas. Hope summer is now feeling better and she soon goes on a door opening course. Don't move to Australuan too soon.

The little pokey thing in the steam oven is a temperature probe. You stick it in the middle of a piece of food usually meat. Set a temp say 80°c and it will tell you when it's reached 80°c and done.

It is very nice, and I really enjoy watching it. I feel like this is one of the best house channels ever, because it is not very mechanical. My favourites were the castle style ones. It’s refreshing to see the enthusiasm and excitement in the episodes, makes me feel like I’m with them. The ones with “professionals” are much less fun. Keep it up as you are! :-)

Wow! For only £2,000,000 you can have a master bathroom across a hallway from the Master Bedroom. At least there are some closets ("wardrobes") in this house and a bit more space to walk around the bed in the Master Bredroom. And there seems to be (some) forced air cooling and heating! Big improvement over what we've seen over the last few videos. You just need to be a multi-millionaire and be willing to have your extremely next door neighbors watch you from their upper floor windows while you sunbathe (once a year when it isn't raining, as Matt pointed out!) in the nude. Haha

I absolutely adore your channel!! This video was probably my favourite so far. I love the laid back way you present yourselves because I think you are lovely people. You can tell by the way Matt pats things like the plant pot and he also did the same with the big stuffed giraffe in another video. Also the way you were worried about the ducklings. Canada here... Love the channel. It's a breath of fresh air compared with realtor channels... Couple of differences with my region (Vancouver)... your downstairs WC is called a Powder Room here.. That fridge would not hold a gallon of milk here where a typical fridge is 36" wide with 60" being the new thing.... Lastly, downstairs would be completely open plan with designated areas for kitchen, family room, dining room and lounge. The trend is to do away with formal lounge replacing it with a Great Room which is a combination of family room and lounge.... Keep up the good work guys.. Loving it

Beautiful this house looks beautiful, please do more house viewing like this!!! One recommendation houses that was designed with a large sliding doors that you are able to pocket it to side, it is good to show your viewer how does feel and look like with it fully open. I believe it was meant to give the living room an indoor and outdoor combined feeling.
I would actually prefer the house next door, but this one is also beautiful.

@@TheLuxuryHomeShowMmm i think between 15- 45 mins is perfect.... under 15 seems like u didn't get to see everything and over 45 is too much unless its a giant property then its fine but honestly for me imo, 20 -35 is like the sweet spot then again exceptions for really large and cool properties

I really like your tours because you tackle every bit of the place, especially the storage area. You guys are so careful with the houses you visit. Shoes off when needed and gentle with doors/drawers....with everything! I cringe when I see an agent wear heels on wooden floors. It is so nice to see that every place you visit is well respected.
