    I find this amazing, the unique and delicate sound of his instrument, the performance venue, the support of the orchestra... nice interpretation by Leonidas Kavakos !!

    I'm pretty sure it's the Guadagnini. The strrad is way more brownish.
    He's the most complete violinist of our era. A prodigy kid that lived upto the expectation. He remains focused and he's constantly in the spotlght althouth he has way fewer coverege from the media compared to other violinists.

    @pastrocchio90 this was his brand-new guadagnini which he exchanged it among his Falmouth Strad for his new Strad last April

    The orchestra could've played better by being more in sync with one another.

    I hope you can get fame by this music ,as super this music player.
    Excellent!
    But, please do not use much weaving or much twist as not fit on this composer or this music ,please.

    • @musicalme27
      @musicalme27 ปีที่แล้ว

      Listen, Mr. Know-it-all, you talk about weaving, etc. Then look at Gidon Kremer. Yes, he's great, but one can get a case of vertigo watching his gyrations. Leonidas is artistic in relationship with his instrument.

    Kavakos fans will probably hate me for this comment 😂
    Great violinist amazing sound yes.....BUT....why not wax the hair on those hands? Never seen a violinist with such hairy hands and fingers.
    It's like when the camera zooms in onto a singer's face and he has bad teeth 😳

      Hehe. I do love Mr Kavakos! I wouldn't call myself a fan... hmm. Maybe actually, yes.
      Anyway! I just think that the hair isn't an important factor: it's natural, it doesn't interfere with his playing... it's nothing to worry about really. Perhaps he thinks "the hairier the better, considering my Greek heritage!" ;)
      But also, speaking as a male who has shaved both arms and legs - when the hair grows back it feels like velcro against sleeves for it is very uncomfortable and itchy. The last thing a violinist would want is itchy arms/wrists when trying to be as comfortable on stage as possible. So shaving the hair is just not worth it in my opinion.

      Kavakos is one of the few that are even better than Heifetz

    • @aegeanenjoyer668
      @aegeanenjoyer668 ปีที่แล้ว

      Heifetz is overrated and has already been thoroughly mogged by people like Kogan and Prihoda, both musically and technically. Kavakos is even better
