Are there Indian music theory books in English? Could you recommend something?
Could you please share the ascending and descending notes in Ritigowla? I googled it. Some web pages show 5 notes while others show 6 notes in ascending. Which one is correct? Thanks in advance.

The thing that shocked me is that no Indian singers could do whistle register!! Or sing in whistle note! Idk y but it makes me feel worse !!
