Just once I'd like to see them demonstrate on a window that's been in a house for like 10 or 20 years, & the problems you may run into.... not, a brand new window....

I swapped out 21 29-30 year old sashes, all teh hardware was perfect the stuff held up well, new sashes with better low e 4 SUN versus old low e sun, the hardware held up after all these years, the seals failed on teh glass on several, many where still ok, just did em all at once, still have 10 left 29 years old, will leave for a few more years, no signs of leak in glass panels

I agree, I followed the instructions to the letter and couldn't get the bottom to slide off and nearly had a total catastrophe with my second story window as I couldn't get the top guide to go back in either.

how long does thee hinge last? if someone has replaced hinges in less than 5years, thats a joke. 200 and 400 series cost $30-40k.

All Andersen repair videos provide great instructions, but i can’t focus on them because of extremely loud and annoying background music! Do something about it! I am sure, instructions were not read while music was played, music was added afterwards. So either remove it or replace it with more appropriate quieter music.

Music to loud and not necessary. If you wear a hearing aid, you can't hear the announcer over the music.

These windows suck. Our house is less than 10 years old and not one of these windows works right.
