- Papaya Fries is a healthier version of French fries which is tasty and quick at the same time. Papaya French can be prepared when you are on a keto diet and you crave for French fries at the same time. Papaya fries are prepared using raw papaya.
The hot fries are crisp on outside and soft inside which can be dipped either in mayonnaise or tomato ketchups. Taking in to account the preparation process, its very much quick and easier than regular fries.
Raw papaya cutting is the only difficult part as it is hard. But you will get perfect shapes and sizes same that of French fries. You can prepare this with seasoning of your choice and the only part to take care off is the boiling and frying of papayas.
Raw papaya fries are to be served hot otherwise it will lose its charm. Hot crispy papaya fries dipped in Mayonnaise or ketchup is a real treat during your diet especially. You can even freeze the boiled marinated papayas overnight for better crisp but I prefer this recipe as a quick one.
Tips:
1. Don’t boil the papayas more than 3 minutes as this will soften the papayas and will absorb a lot of oil when deep frying.
2. Fry the papayas at high flame until crisp for better result and serve it hot.

What kind of oil you are using for this recipe?
You can use any vegetable oil. But for a healthier version, I would recommend olive oil.
