- Join me as i take you around another amazing fair as part of our mega European road trip, this time we visit our the stunning Bremer Osterwiese located in Bremen, Germany
This incredible German fair is the most visually stunning fair I have ever visited, not only does this fair look amazing but the rides are even better including 2 coasters, 2 Huss Breakdance’s, a Ghost Train, a beautiful Ferris wheel and the most amazing flat ride I have ever seen.......Commander, the ride that is more a show than a ride
Vlog and on ride povs are all filmed in 1080p 25fps using a GoPro Hero 6 Black with official GoPro Handler

loving the European funfairs and kirmis funfairs fantastic funfair vlogs I love huss breakdance this is why everyone gos mad for german funfair rides at winter wonderland they are just the best they know how to put on a show and the rides are always very well presented

I rember, when I was a teenager, in the mid 80s, me and my brother been to the fun fair in our home town (near Hannover) and there was no public in the afternoon there. So we took a ride on the "Happy Traveller". They gave us a circle of 20 minutes! That was absolutely insane!. Btw. Did you know that Bremen is the town where Huss build all their legendary rides? If you like german fun fairs you should visit Oktoberfest sometime in the future. It is the biggest and best. Very unique. As my brother lives in Munich I've been to Oktoberfest several times.
What an amazing crazy journey of what looks like the best travelling fairs. Love kermis fairs so colourful, fast and the health and safety issues we have in the uk on rides goes straight out of the window. Great. And many thanks for sharing Andy for sharing them with us 👍

Cracking vlog and what stunning fair, done crazy shake {commander} before back in the uk top ride.
Break dancer no2 is the prototype 6 arm breakdance and was built in 1987 it’s owned by the same people who own the very first Huss breakdance (break dancer no1) which was built in 1985 as the prototype.
Love this vlog, amaaazing machines!! I'm definitely going to Germany as these fairs look awesome. Machines are sooo impressive. Happy traveller looked so cool. Its absolutely good you know 😂

Screams and Themes you and Nic need to book some holidays and get over to Europe, the parks and fairs are amazing, I am actually a bit gutted I didn’t go on Commander now but it was just as amazing stood watching it

42:12 Indeed it is. There's two layers to that statement
1) "Commander", with its Barker/Operator "Christian Fuchs" (who is known all over Germany for his wit and for his ability to give you a hell of a good time in that thing) is truly the best Mondial Shake on the German fair curcuit. I mean it has 12 moving heads. Fucking 12! Let that sink in.
2) What you have witnessed is something fairly rare and called a show ride cycle. So let me break this down: Usually on any given flat ride in Germany, there are 5 things happening: the actual physical ride (which is controlled manually in 90% of all cases), the lights, the barker doing some jokes/teases, the music and the jingles he plays. The 5 things are standalone though; the barker just does his own thing and talks about whatever he feels like and the music isn't meant to be in sync with the ride and the lights.
That all changes with a show ride cycle, though. Usually, they are programmed by the Barker/Operator in his free time and consist of a particular piece of music during which the Barker/Operator will be quiet and let the music do the talking. During a show ride cycle, the music, all the lights and the ride itself will be in sync to eachother. It is truly spectacular, albeit very rare and dependant on how heavy the rush is, due to the fact that show ride cycles are longer than normal.

@Christian Fuchs Oh ja! Ich hoffe das Hamburg, Bremen und andere relevanten Plätze für euch sauber über die Bühne gehen. Zumal ihr ja immer noch diese dämlich teure 13814 Geschichte nachrüsten müsst, was auch wieder Geld verschlingt, als gäbe es kein Morgen.
@Christian Fuchs ich meinte auch nicht, dass die 13814 persé dämlich ist, sondern eher wie unnötig teuer das ist. Das dämlich war also rein auf die Kosten bezogen 😉
Andy, that fare was amazing!!, it looked fabulous. i did notice NO LISA , but i guess with all that driving she would be very tired & just want to chill, very understandable, but fantastic vlog looking forward to HEIDI soon!!! lol what an amazing selection of different rides, i would have tried Commando >>>even if only once lol :0 Keep Safe

Why didn't you go on Commander? That is my ALL TIME favorite ride in Germany!!! I've actually seen it in the US. It was at Ocean City, MD. I've been able to ride it there, but it never lasted that long
Not a massive fan of extreme spinning rides especially ones that flip upside down, it was amazing just to stand off ride and watch it
@Coaster_Crazy LOL. Oh, I undersrand mate. I'm not a big fan of rollercoasters or hights! My spouse and I are actually going to Germany next month for three weeks and I already plan on attending the Kirmis in Düsseldorf and the summer DOM in Hamburg!!! Can't wait!!!👍🏻

John Shores I don’t know lol, the 7 different hotels cost over £700 then the ferry, fuel for the car, theme park entry, cash for fun fairs plus meals and drinks ! It cost a lot

I used to love Break Dances, but they appear to no longer operate in the UK or Ireland.
Plus, after riding The Blade last year at Alton Towers, spinning and swinging flat rides really don't sit well with my aging body.

never been to this fair but i attend the freimarkt in october and seen some nuts machines including commander, infinity and jekyll and hyde and also voodoo jumper last year i rode the worlds biggest transportable star flyer from funtime same as hangover 85 meter “jules verne tower”
The Octopussy wasnt closed, there is a Sign inside the small Pay Box that you can buy the Tickets at the Operator Box om the left Side behind the small Ticket Box. I was the Operator to this time. You really miss one of the best Rides there. I think that was the Day with the Football Game at Bremen, at this time Nobody visit the Osterwiese
