Is conqueror good on jax on lower elo?
In low elo everything is good, i encourage you to try grasp because it teaches you a very important lesson about jax and toplane in general, the importance of short trades.
Most of the times a short and controlled trade wins you the lane without committing to an all-in coinflip, especially early.

Here if he is just able to stick close to people no one outduels him ever. Plus Titanic and ravenous really don't grant jax stats he needs.
Sundered is usually a good choice when you are against multiple Frontline Champions, this was not the case.
