    I installed fitech on my 86 pace arrow. Its a 454. I had a company do it, they only charged me 900. It's amazing! Vapor lock is over! Also cold starting is a breeze! I can't believe i fought a holley carb and vapor lock for so long!

    I would love to see where the vacuum hoses go, and what is not needed and where they go.

    Very useful and interesting. I've forwarded the link to this video to a few other GMC'ers.

    Thanks for this series. Very timely for me. In the process of restarting my 76 Birchaven restomod project. Cinnabar rebuilt the engine a couple years ago for me but its been on jackstands in the barn ever since I gutted it. Want to do the edelbrock intake, headers and FiTech. Will reach out and order what y'all suggest. With ya 100% on upgrading to new technology.

    I have the 600 fitech kit but mine is gold. Can you make a video on where the vacuum hoses go?

    Does it come with a bracket for the kick-down cable for the transmission?

      Thanks for the suggestion, another FiTech video will go over other stuff including the initial IAC set up that is not a memory setting but a first manual set up. From there the computer will know when to pick up. Stay tuned for that video

    Where do you run the return fuel line on a stock fuel tank setup?

    • @motorhomerehabranch
      @motorhomerehabranch  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      On many rear tanks there is a port that was not used. If that's not available, we have gone into the 1/2" return line to the filler cap but you would have some other issues. The best set up IS to pull out AND return fuel to the same single cavity. The Forced Fuel system makes it possible for a shallow tank like ours to be used. A new non rusting fuel tank is a component in the completed system

    so if your battery dies then you have to reprogram that thing?

      Not always but resetting the basics is simple and quickly. Just like your radio, it will loose memory. Thanks for the question
