For the people wondering, the melodic snippets 0:34 , 2:47 , 4:07 etc. are mostly from Scott Joplin's Easy Winners. The rest is Julius Fucik's Entry of the Gladiators. And the 9:25 is John Philip Sousa's The Liberty Bell.

Actually the map is really nice, a shame it's the only one. KF1 has 3 Circus maps though: Abusement Park, Hellride and Thrills and Chills Amusement Park.
