Yum...that potatoe look amazing delicious!!! We have this restaurant call "backyard tacos" and they have a baked potatoe on their menu... It is a baked potatoe standing up in a cup.(instead of laying down)...they cut the top and they also cut up the potato and than they stuff it with grilled chicken or grilled steak( the meats are seasoned) pieces and they add cheese, butter, salt and pepper, grilled onions, sour cream and guacamole and pico de gallo...Its amazing!!!!!!!!!
