A great concept and well implemented. I'm curious as to average income range in situations like this because someone on the lower end of the income spectrum wouldn't be able to afford this unless you can bring in some type of subsidy from a government or you'd have the residents perform some work around the compound / village to help pay their way towards rent.
What is the average age of the residents? It's an interesting concept 😊, my apartment building has 9 households and we never get together unless it's for meetings with regards to the management of the building. Most of the residents are older families that have been residents since the building was completed in 1979. Myself and 2 other families have young children, 10-2 years old. Their is such a huge age gap that I don't think we will ever have much of community, which is a shame.
