Trying out Zwift app with my Schwinn 230 Recumbent Exercise Bike

(February 25, 2022) I was trying out my new Schwinn 230 recumbent bike that I bought from Bestbuy that works with Zwift app. I found it so cool to be able to see other Zwift bike riders in the virtual world. There's a label that appears around other riders that identifies where in the world they are signing in from. It really excited me about exercising until I found out that the monthly subscription fee was almost as much as a gym membership, so I ended up not using the app.

How did you get it to connect to the controllable setting? I'm able to connect to power, cadence and heart rate but not the control setting

I did ask Schwinn customer service about that, or something like that, and they said their bike doesn't have that to connect to. You'd need to buy one of the compatible exercise bikes listed on Zwift's website. I was disappointed, but still found it cool. In the end I didn't pay monthly to use Zwift, once the trial ran out, I stopped using Zwift. Thought it was too expensive. Thank you for watching! I appreciate you leaving a comment as well.
