Miss Rôse is actually really famous in some parts of South America (like Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina), the make up is pretty good and quite affordable.
I LOVE saniye (saw-knee-yeh) make up! I’m from Mexico and it’s a really affordable brand here, literally they have everything from primer to setting spray 10/-0
I was kinda shocked that not many people know about Miss Rose. I know they don't have the best shade range 😅 but I have been using their concealer and foundation for a long time and it is the best. I hope they hopefully increase their shade range but for me a bit of color corrector and I have my perfect shade 😂❤
MISS Rose makeup is actually one of my absolute treasures. I've been buying from them since before 2010 off ebay. They had the best pigment, more than MAC even. Their glitter eyeshadow, metallic eyeshadow, liners and all have never done me wrong!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. My husband works for Walmart. He’s a team lead in money services. He told me that the Walmart website has mainly third parties. And they’re not vetted. 😂. Also he had someone come in for a return for a Xbox they got online and when they opened the box it was rocks. Someone sent the guy rocks. Not an Xbox. Please be careful. The make up could have lead or dangerous ingredients in them. And then if you buy something it could not show up, it could be used already, it could be a box with no item or literally rocks in the box.
This happened to my husband with copper he bought off of Amazon. Amazon fixed the issue (I'm pretty sure it actually happened in shipping) but either way we got a bag of nuts and a china braclet with a toy car in it instead of the copper he purchased. Always be careful. I won't purchase anymore off anything unless they offer free returns and I know the company will fix the issue. WalMart online is very hard to shop anymore.

I am from Pakistan and here Miss Rose products are very popular especially their concealers and blushes. They are quite affordable and have good coverage but they have very mediocre packaging. Miss Rose have all face products. I think you will enjoy them .

Those green glitters will be showing up in random places for a while 😂 i swatched one from dollar tree at work and the black carpet has random green glitter hearts 💕 here and there. You said green and blue but the camera showed pink and green. The light pink glitter was really cute. I couldnt see the eyeshadow at all but the lashes and eye liner were nice even the shiney lilac did show in your tight line ❤

I truly enjoyed this. I would like to see you try some other brands or sites for low cost or specific issues. Such as talc free, small business, black owned, female owned and yes cruelty free. I don’t mind when you put the brush in your mouth, I hate that moist icky sound you insert when you do it.

Mia could try make up brands from other countries. For exemple, here in brazil there are a lot of really good affordable brands like ruby rose, dailus, vizzela and bloguers like Mari Maria, Bruna Tavares, Mari Saad. I would love to see your opinion about ouro products compared to what you have in Canada
Have you tried Missha Perfect Cover Bb Cream? It's sooo good! I like it better than Georgio Armani. I'm MAC NW20 and use the shade 23 and it's a great match - more ashy tone but it helps cover my redness. Highly recommend!

Great video Mia!!! It got me looking to see if you had reviewed products from Miss A before and I found the last time you did a video about their products was in Nov 2017. You really should do a revisit, I started trying their products in 2018 and sooooo much has changed since then, also their house brand product line is huge compared to those days! Keep doing awesome stuff, love your channel!
When makeup becomes "super affordable," it is for one of many reasons. The common ones are variety/brand discontinuation, or expiring soon. Makers/distributors know when product is expected to expire such as substance separation or dehydration.
Be careful out there, the price is not always the smarter move.
miss rose is also found in pakistan about 150 rs that is 1.55 dollars mostly evry person uses it it a very popular brand

* noncomedogenic * means it doesn’t clog pores. Open Comedones are what we call blackheads and closed comedones are basically pimples or papules or pustules (whiteheads).
I think this is not affordable make up, but overstock and/or products that reached the end of their shelf life.
At the drugstore I see similar prices on discontinued products/brands.

actually miss rôse is quite known here in brazil but not for the foundation lmao, it's more about the eyeshadows and stuff but it's not a bad brand :) i just think it's so cheap in north america cause your money is worth more than ours hehe

You must've hit them when they were on the dirt -floor cheapest sale they've ever had!! I just looked for some of these (the eyeliner in particular) and they didn't have them for that cheap anymore😢
Thank you for picking up the China topic in terms of cruelty-free make-up. It's a little bit more complex though. If the products you tested are Made in China but not sold there, they're fine (like in the video). The article you cited was just commenting on tests AFTER a product was put in the shelves e.g. in case of a consumer complaint. It is possible for brands to not do animal testing if they sell in mainland China but unfortunately that's difficult, so a lot of brands still need to do testing (if they sell in a phsical store in mainland China) because of the certificates they need, and sometimes can't, acquire. So animal testing for imported products to China is pretty much still a thing. I know that wasn't the topic of the video, I just thought it might be good to know as you seek out cruelty-free products :) (which is very cool btw)
Hi mia, for affordable make up or skin care, it will be interesting to see you review some of product from indonesia or maybe southeast asia brand in general. It is considered cheap. Some mid range price only around 50k IDR or 3 USD. There are even some less than 1 USD.
Let's see, maybe you could try to check some of these brands wardah, emina, make over, luxcrime, azarine, somethinc, purbasari. Many more..

Hi there mia, miss rose is a fairly popular brand in Pakistan, they have color range that is suitable for South Asian skin tone, their products are affordable and almost cherished by locals here, i also use this same foundation and it feels fine but now i am concerned as you have stated about harmful chemicals in it

Im a fellow Canadian Now I also know our walmarts are 100% different than American walmarts they have different stuff just wa better. I have a superstore Walmart that around me it has cheep make up that people know it's not the high-end stuff it's mostly just like you know like the l's or first I go but yeah they're website I don't know I've never ordered from their website just because of the Walmart being like everywhere you know there's always like 10 walmarts per city or town that you live in Their website seem very odd like anything that you see on their websites you don't see in store like maybe the odd T-shirt section or I don't know a few of maybe like kitchen or living room equipment stuff whatever Betting but nothing else is really at the store which normally that's what it is unless it is company like those walmarts everywhere. I'm not disrespecting anybody that goes to Walmart and buys any products there because I 100% do.
but even now they're start to do their ownly kind of prep things which to me they're pretty much taking food that's just about to expire throwing it into a package and saying here these are a couple options that you can make with this a couple dinners or lunches or whatever But it's not an actual company it's just them taking like I said the last bit of food that is almost about to expire and putting it on the shells for super cheap and And stuff like that like I understand we're going through you know things are expensive and deal is a good deal but Is it honestly really worth it sometimes I don't I'm gonna continue watching her video cause I will literally just have started talking and I'm only a couple minutes and so I don't even know what you're gonna say nextbut I can't wait

Sometimes when you buy things on walmart it's sold by individual people. You could be sold left over make up. If it doesn't say sent by walmart, it's not walmart. Even the listings sound like they are sold on wish.

You're right! I have a hard time trusting Walmart. They acquired an e-retailer in India called Flipkart and since then it's also been scammy and weird.

Those cheap price is clearance price,
it would be really interesting if you sent these items to a lab for testing, see what they're made of and how safe they actually are, especially considering the issues people have had before with extremely cheap makeup. I agree that the ones purporting to be another brand and making counterfeit makeup are much more likely to have issues, but as you said, even the Claire's makeup has had problems so I wouldn't be surprised if the cheap makeup had come into contact with questionable things as a way of cutting costs.

I think from what I know, Colourpop is safe? It's also vegan. It's not CHEAP cheap, but it's a good price for good makeup. It's made in California (despite the British spelling?) so I can't be too sure, I know the US doesn't outright ban asbestos... for some reason.
Juvia's Place should theoretically also be good. Their prices are also really fair but not dirt-cheap, and the coverage is better than any big names you can find (*coughs in jeffree star*). Also, Juvia's Place is a black-owned business and I've supported them since back when they only had 3 eyeshadow palettes and nothing else... I'd hate to find out their products are unsafe. :( My hopes are high though since their makeup is also vegan and I've never had a problem with them.
I only mention these two because they're all I use. Sometimes E.L.F. too but only for eyeliner lol, it's just so much more affordable. If my two favorite businesses are unsafe I'll be sad but like... I can live without makeup lol, if it's not my makeup era it's just not my makeup era.
Love that idea but I wouldn’t be shocked if the companies try to sue her afterwards if any of the tests come up with something serious
@@musicalprodigy126 they wouldn't have anything to stand on if they tried to sue her - the only issue would be if she said that there were dangerous ingredients without proof. With proof, they can't sue her for defamation or for slander/libel (depending on how she said it) because it's true and truth is not defamation/slander/libel and cannot be sued over. The best bet would be to test it multiple times at different labs to confirm it wasn't a false positive or negative and then say. But saying it is protected and important information for the public's benefit and cannot be sued over.

That Miss Rose Foundation is one of my favourite Foundation that I use all the time it's so fantastic to see foreign youtuber using a product that I can get and I can use as i live in an East Asian country and that Foundation is amazing Mia keep using it 💜💖

So many of their AOA Studio products have become staples. Not even just their makeup, like their large canvas bags are useful for everything! They've lasted me years

I bought a lot of stocking stuffers from there this year. The scalp cleaner, velour headband to keep the hair out of the way, cute earrings, lip gloss (which I can't find anymore😩). But I also bought some fake succulents that look SO much better than anything from Dollar Tree or Walmart. I'd love more suggestions if anyone has some more favorites. I also love some of their makeup brushes!

Omg be super careful with that chunky glitter eyeshadow time I got one of the glitters in my eye and it was awful. I had to go to the eye doctor to get it taken out. Be careful!! Looking beautiful as always😊

I remember we used glitter for school and it was spread everywhere, for days getting rid off those chunky glitters. Maybe we ate some of them too.
