Brent, this is so good. Where's part 3?! Love your style. Looks like it's been a year since you posted. Hope to see more soon. Looking too modify your design and implement in my shop. Good job
Brent ,great video liked that you left your mistakes in the . Just came crossed your channel today and [ watched both videos ,I'm looking forward to the downdraft table part of your invention. I liked and subscribed. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Today, I almost pulled the trigger on purchasing a Cox reel for my vacuum 30’ 1.5” vacuum hose. I would like a 50’ hose, however, my current method of storing the 30’ hose is a pain in the rear. I can’t imagine adding an additional 20’ with my current set up. The cox reel cost $350 after taxes. That’s just the reel. I can’t bring myself to spend that much on a hose reel for personal use in my garage. Your video was just what I was hoping to find when I started my search here on TH-cam for a Diy solution. If you’re willing to make an additional set I would love to purchase the pieces that you 3D printed so that I can attempt to replicate your design. I understand this request is a long shot however I’ve got zero experience 3D printing things and don’t have the equipment. Please let me know if you’d consider my offer. Thanks and definitely earned a like and sub from me buddy! Nice work.
Thanks for the feedback. I had always meant to make them available, but I am too easily distracted. :) I have now uploaded them to my new thingiverse profile, but I cannot publish them for 24 hours (new thingiverse account restrictions), so you should be able to see them sometime tomorrow. I updated the description of the video to include a link to my thingiverse account, but is it under MakingOfBrent in case you have any problems finding it. Let me know if you have any issues with them. Thanks!
Thanks friend for putting up the 3d files for all of us

Finally, someone films how all projects go without the miracle of editing to make you seem perfect 😂
Nice build, I'm building something like it now. Those uh-oh moment expressions were so funny, only because I'm sure I have the same looks often.
We need more videos Brent!!!

Hi great idea, where can i find these bearings?
Thanks, you can find them on amazon. Search for Lazy Susan Turntable. I used the 6" ones for this.
Brent, thanks for sharing this. will you be making the STL files for the 3D printed parts available? Thanks.
