Yo I saw your ad and I think a good way to show the hiplok off would be to give people ridiculous tools and tell em to break it (I think it would be funny)
Could you look into making a version with angled bars? Making it more of a circle? I find it riding on my carbon fiber frame in many cases as it usually never perfectly matches hight from the object locking it to. A circle would help this a great deal.
I would be more then happy to send it back so you can see the issue And or get a new one that works or the newer version I’m willing to pay the extra and also pay the shipment again
@@HiplokBikeLocks thanks for the information. So between the D1000 and DX1000 I should expect the amount of effort required for a single cut with a grinder to be the same?
Insurance companies don’t give a shit what security products you use even though they still ask the question,I’ve done quotes with and without security and there was no difference,I only buy these products for piece of mind.

Are you coming out with a bigger one for 4” fat tire bikes?
The Hiplok DX1000 is the largest anti angle grinder bike lock available - hiplok.com/product/hiplok-dx1000/ Should be ideal for fatbikes
When are you going to produce a chain at the same strength as the D1000, to fit the D1000? Ta
Shackle diameter vs the D1000? Is the shackle thicker than 20mm?
The shackle diameter is the same on D1000 and DX1000

Hi There, Please let me know your email address and order number and I can check on this with our support team.
I had the same problem,
But putting 3 in 1 oil or other lubricant in the lock solves it 100%
