2:52 i leave car unjacked and undo those 13mm first and slacken (not undo) the shaft nut then jack and go under arch and undo 18mm bolts and extract strut, then top shaft nut is no problem with spinning when in spring compressor..........jus the way i did it !
Vauxhall say the bolts that attach the strut to the hub are are stretch bolts and are one time use only - they must be replaced with new ones if undone. This video shows the old bolts being re-used. Is that safe?

i reused mine no problem after 1 year ......jus make sure theyre tight and not damaged threads
Do they bolts have to be torqued to a certain nm or just very tight?
