You are guaranteed to miss 100% of the shots - you never took.

Andre I just wanted to say that you have motivated me to start the 30-day photography challenge. When I picked up a camera for the first 2 1/2 months ago, I quickly lost motivation because of the thought that where I lived was "boring." And starting the 30-day challenge helped me realize that it was just my lack of motivation that stopped me from my photography. Your videos will continue to inspire me and my photography :)

    Bonjour,
    A bientôt 😊

I'd call you a wise old sage, but you're clearly not old. But you do offer sage advice. Nice video!

My Ricoh GR 16mp or Fuji X30 are my daily cameras. Having the right bag is very key to me. Something not too big that makes it a seamless and effortless experience.

Couldn’t agree more … thanks! My X100V accompanies me on all my road bicycle adventures as well as nature walks … otherwise it’s the iPhone 15 that I recently acquired … I definitely always have that “camera” with me. For any cyclists thinking of bringing that little Fuji on a ride … I use the PS Bagworks rider strap and a JJC waterproof neoprene case to keep sweat and rain off the camera … a great little setup!

Studies reveal that it takes at least 8 weeks to form a habit. So much for "studies". Addictions are habits. And to get hooked on certain addictions takes less than 3 days.

Can someone please ping the strap used in the beginning of the video?

Unless we are talking QR codes, there will be no taking phone photos... I do not spend more than $200 bucks on a phone. (Daddy needs new glass) The reason is i tey to choose the correct piece of gear for the correct project. Fx3 for video, a7cii for street photos, if i need super compact, i grab my tiny sony nex5n. This means using laptops, tablets, desktops first. The phone is last resort and the subject better be odd like proving the existence of aliens, or i dont snap that pic... usually i need my phone to control the gimble, where as my tablet is a live view.

There’s literally almost no point in shooting full manual, unless you’re dealing with super low light or want movement in the photo.
