Wake up early for no reason. Throw up. Drink water and take medicine. Feel nauseated. Throw up. Try to lie down to get more sleep. Can't, because I need to throw up again. Seriously consider going to the doctors for this. Throw up. Promise myself that I would never ever drink again.

You can avoid it if you remember to take some sports drink BEFORE going to bed but most people forget, anyways, it's better to not drink, I've been on both sides of refusing to drink and eventually giving in and seeing what's up, I don't do it every weekend and I don't judge those who don't cause that's stupid

It's not worth it, I promise. First year of college I drank a lot and found out very quickly that all the "fun" that even "responsible" upper classmen have, is not worth it. I haven't had a sip of alcohol since that time of my life and I am so glad

Hard times dear but there’s nothing wrong with drinking if it’s done responsibly and in moderation and I tend to drink water in between and before bed I’ve never thrown up or had stomach cramps everyone drinks excessively these days and it’s unnecessary 🤦🏽♀️

Wasted most of my twenties as an alcoholic. Started off fun, and ended up part of my daily routine. Although it's miserable, sweating helps beat a hangover faster--but drink plenty of water when you're working/sweating out a hangover; otherwise the headache is much worse.
Glad I stopped after almost a decade.

Not only headache. I watched this video 1 day after I gor drunk at my birthday and accidently found this video. It gave me advices for the alcohol which I didn't know before. And it was really useful. Now I now what I have to do if this happen again

actually i have found that dancing makes you less drunk because you sweat the alcohol out of your system, that is, if you're also constantly drinking water throughout the night -more peeing but less hangover :)

Rainbow Dollies People drink alcohol to numb their problems. It’s basically a fantasy, but once a person is sober again all their problems are still there. They would rather get drunk than face their problems and deal with them in more productive ways.
If you drink loads of water then you can avoid a hangover like this, lots of alcohol causes dehydration and water helps a lot.
I know people who get drunk but they never have to deal with this because they drink lots and lots of water afterwards.
But now that you know this don't go ahead and become an alcoholic
