Yes yes yes!! Amazing video btw. I couldnt resist writing a comment. I wasnt even much of a batman fan before seeing the movie. Then i saw it in the theater and it just flipped a switch. My friends thought i was crazy when we came out of the movies. I was so excited i didnt even notice i was yelling! It was maybe the best film i have ever seen. Im not much of a film nerd but i have watched a lot of different pieces and i can appreciate the storytelling, the cinematography the techniques. I cant explain it; i immediately became a fan. I guess it was the atmosphere, the intensity, the performances. Man, the actors were amazing! I couldnt imagine anyone else playing their roles! I was in a daze and i stayed up the whole night because i just couldnt get it out of my mind. Ever since then i've become a batman fan. I consume all batman media i can get my hands on. Idk, an amazing movie, definitely changed something in me!
I caught the movie the other day finally, and I agree. It was what I wanted out of a Batman story on the big screen for so long. Seeing him solve crimes and put the pieces together was as fun as ever. Seeing the "World's Greatest Detective" do what he does best, and have that as a focus, felt awesome to watch It's such a long movie but I can't think of a scene that you could remove that also wouldn't be pulling away a vital character moment. And I didn't expect it to tackle all the themes regarding the riddler, his followers, and extremism that it did. Also glad I'm not the only one simping for Rob Patterson lol
