@@quentinfernandez4673 I believe "OM" is the monosyllabic translation for "AUM". This being as it is, I suppose some people take this translation as the literal way to pronounce "AUM". This is strictly my perspective on the subject though.

Aum is the real sound. Om is a short form

Hello, it's normal 'cause sometimes our mind tries to stop our spiritual evolution, a wise man told me that my mind will try to distract me 3 times, we have to ignore it and keep meditating, there's nothing to be scared of
Everyone will experience something different with this meditation, and with meditation in general, because all of us perceive reality from within ourselves. The key is to shed your light of consciousness on the darkest parts of yourself, and by doing so you will start to realize there is nothing to be afraid of. It is all you.
Definitely a good thing. Feel that and know it's a good thing.
At first, I had the same experience as others who felt it sounded 'primordial' or just something that's been a very 'primal' or 'instinctive'.
Something I've always known - since birth.
But then I got the fear too.
I haven't worked through it yet - literally heard this for the first time just now: but I know I'll get through it my way and you'll find your way.
