    I believe Ola users are comparing this new "fast experience" to their previous service experience, which is why it feels faster to them. One user mentioned in the video that they now receive the vehicle in just one day for a brake pad replacement. However, this isn't particularly extraordinary, as other companies typically take even less time for such services. While Ola offers an aesthetically appealing vehicle, they should focus on investing more in R&D and improving their after-sales service.

      Ola is improving their service! I have mentioned which all service stations are offering hyper service! And the feedback of new showrooms! They was issues with services to improve they have introduced more service centres! And the feedback is from the customer which i have taken from random from showroom! Sponsored content but still we cant make customer tell otherwise! If you have an ola share your review! And issues as i have mentioned in the video! And we can help you in resolving the issues faster! Hope this makes sense

    OLA is facing service issues and product quality issues. So as a company OLA should concentrate on parts availability and customer service. Paid promotions are just one side of the story, highlighting the minor improvements which are negligible with respect to the wide range of product issues and customer concerns.

    None of the hyper charger works in kerala at least make it paid charging then at least they will maintain it properly now it is free charging but they dont maintain and none of the chargers works
