hi i doubt I will get a response but I just got one of these and I'm having all kinds of problems setting it up my plugs are in the serial port not the parrell will that matter; also do you have any idea what cutter software will work with this and windows 10. lastly my pen mode button is flashing whenever I hit setup do you know what is causing this because it is preventing me from doing a test cut? thank you

Andres Mernes Hi Andres Many different or most softwares/programs from the time period of the cm-24 manufacture are compatible with the cm-24. The only drivers available for the cm-24 are comparable for windows 95 upto windows xp so I would expect the program most suitable would need to fit into this time period, 1995-2001. My setup is Hp pc with parallel port on rear, 2001 Windows Xp Pc connected to plotter with parallel cable Program: WinPcSign 2007/drivers included with the program. Ok there is this company in vanays california they sail roland plotters and they sail a sosoftware called signlab i use it it cost 500 bucks but they could answer any of your questions .
Can you sale me one of those cables for mine. It’s not cutting it says that there’s something is wrong with the ports .it would be of much help pulse.can’t see the answer sir.
Sorry I don’t have one for sale. But the cable is a female serial port that connects to the computer and a female parallel port that connects to the plotter. I’m sure these are easy to find from what I remember. Cheers
