OPM2 Shud've been atleast #2. Also as OPM and Attack on Titan are already fan favourites and so I don't understand how a new anime can be more hyped than ongoing successful series

Opm S2 is being made by JC Staff, and the graphics and quality ain't touching the 1st season imo
"Most hyped" is very subjective, no one can actually definite which anime is more than hyped other than from personal experience on the internet.
Though Vinland Saga is the only series that I could see surpassing OPM S2 (assuming JC Staff doesn't screw it up), due to that series extremely high quality and Wit Studio.
+H KN It might not be quite as good, but it probably will be 90% as good animationwise. Same animation director from Season 1, as well as the manga illustrator Murata advising the animation department for quality.And it will have an actual story rather than monster of the week.

Wit Studios has just as good animation as Madhouse. It's a great pick for Vinland Saga. Ufotable has the "same face syndrome", it wouldn't have worked.

For those who haven't heard of or read Vinland, i really reccomend you check out this anime and support it. Those who've read it know it's one of the best manga ever made and is a complete masterpiece, i know that phrase is thrown out alot but it's so true for this series. If the anime do the source material justice it'll be something to remember i promise you.

hey man I've started this for about 6 mos ago and I dropped it because sometimes its panels are just unbearable to read because it is full of text. I've read this after Kingdom, heck I even binged Kingdom in just a week but to Vinland i just can't. So my point is at what part does it get good and why is it so good? Minor spoilers will do.
Vinland is only for cultured people tbh, all these people looking forward to these sub-par anime. :(((

Mob psycho 100 is too good. So far one punch man has been decent (only ep 1 so far) but I read the manga so I kinda ruined it for myself

Vinland saga is definitely one of the best manga I have ever read but that doesn't make it the most hyped anime for 2019. Number one should be AOT or OPM because these animes are ridiculously anticipated
The Rising of the Shield Hero is very good and that's the one I was looking forward to the most. After 12 episodes, I can honestly say that I'm not disappointed in it. Great story and gorgeous animation makes this a must watch.
You're right.. Vinland Saga's manga is easily in my top 10 best and top 3 favourite. I anticipate the anime more than any other

Black Clover, Dororo, Fairy tail final season, Wise man's grandchild, Fairy Gone, are just a few anime that I would include. Great list, this year is a treasure of amazing anime. I guess I don't have to be utterly depressed about Fairy Tail ending this year, but so far it's been pretty amazing.

I may be the only person who doesn't like MHA that much. Not saying it's a bad anime, because it definitely isn't (it's pretty damn cool). It's just not on the top my "must watch" list. (Mob and/or Saitama can solo the entire MHA universe, simultaneously). I'm more interested in the S2 of OPM and Mob Psycho 100, and S4 of AOT. Mainly OPM and AOT because it seems more for the 18+ crowd. Though some teens do enjoy them, which is great in my book.
If you happen to get butt hurt because I don't like MHA as much as you do, keep it to yourself and go cry in a corner somewhere. I honestly, really don't care how you feel.

A lot of shows we know are coming and just haven't gotten dates for like Made in Abyss S2, Dungeon S2, Haikyuu S4, and praise the lawd Bunguo S3. We'll see which of these comes out in 2019, but they could take next year to another level. The potential sequels next year is just crazy! Vinland, Promised Neverland, Boogiepop, Shield Hero, Black Fox and Dr. Stone all look like interesting new shows, and there'll probably be a couple more things to come out of nowhere

It's sad to see a lot of people don't seem to have read Vinland Saga, this manga is so great. It jusn't isn't as popular as OPM or MHA because it never got animated before, but the manga is in the place since 13 years now and should really be watched.
Hype =/= quality. Otherwise Pokémon and Dragon Ball Super would be the best series ever made.
Yep, OPM webcomic is amazing, no pretty animation hyping it up, just the raw, core story and gags. Am interested to see how the Vinland Saga anime turns out, hopefully Wit can be as dedicated as they were for AOT.

Also, being popular doesn't mean its not good, of course there are going to be great things that do not get acknowledged,but that doesn't make the popular ones bad in any way, other wise it wouldn't be so popular.
@@practiceiskey4807 To be clear, Pokemon and DBS are master's at giving their core fan base what they want: finding new Pokemon/matches, and big strong guys fighting. It's just that there are other series that are superior in plot/characters/depth/etc. But yes, plenty of popular series are pretty well written, like FMAB, HxH, AOT, etc., it's just that the simpler mass appeal series generally take the spotlight.
