This is exactly what I came to post. Someone needs to post a direct comparison or I'm going with Avid just because I'm annoyed by knock-off crap.

Both companies seem to be based out of the same location rebrand? Sister company?
@@FD-dh2fu I’m going to bet they just launched this to market away from the gun crowd. The Avid is definitely known as primary a gun vise, so this is just a way to reach the hipsters.
