Hi, can you please tell me how to register the car in Caifornia, because i bought the toyota aristo, and try to register at the DMV, but they told me i need go to CHP, and than get the smog check, i took the car to the smog station, and didn't pass the smog of the OBD2 reading, the car obd2 is not working with the smog station, so didn't pass, but pass the catconverder.
