Okay Owaisi like always continues to lie through his teeth,so here are the facts,
1) See the major issue in all these cases is it is a land dispute and not a religious one, for years both the BJP and AIMIM ( other Muslim organizations) are making it a Hindu Muslim issue to gain political influence and support.
2) The babri dispute judgement was passed 5-0 by the whole bench of Supreme Court. It was contested as a land dispute between the Sunni Waqf board and the Nirmohi Akadha ( Hindu side)
3) So it should not stop at three sites but should continue at any contested place be it Hindu or non Hindu lands. Because denying people a right to contest about land is equal to denying him equality in the courts of law.
2) The 1991 places of worship act, includes section 4 subsection 3 which states that this law is not applicable to any historical places ( the gyanvapi is a historical monument, even though it might be seen as just another mosque)
4) The high court judge of Allahabad was completely right in his judgment, if owaisi thinks he the judge misused his powers to pass the judgment they can appeal in the higher court and also file a complaint against the judge but instead of that he is interested in making PR shows on television.
5) As far as the judgement is concerned he stated that prayers were going over there before 1993 and had been suddenly put to an halt in 1993 without any proper explanation by the then government of UP, so he told them to revert back to the old practice and also where the puja is being performed is named after vyasji whose family is the custodian of that particular cellar , so again this is a land dispute and the land has been awarded to the rightful owner.
6) Please note that a 600 year old mosque in Delhi has been demolished recently but owaisi makes no mention of it, because it was an illegal structure by Waqf board occupying the forest area of the Delhi government.
7) As per the holy Quaran prayer made any place with structures that do not incorporate Muslim identity is not considered proper for Namaz.
8) The BJP too won’t take up this issue unless they see that face a loss of votes, similarly the Owaisi faction is taking it up bcoz they want to garner political votes, same like the BJP.
9) The Mathura Shahi Idgah mosque has an agreement signed in 1968, which clearly states that the land belongs to the Hindu side but the Muslim ( Waqf board) has all the rights to practice their religion and protect their mosque on the land that doesn’t belong to them.
10) The Supreme Court in its judgement on the babri dispute said that there was NO PROOF OF A RAM TEMPLE THERE BEFORE THE MOSQUE. BUT THEY SAID THAT A STRUCTURE THAT DIDNOT BELONG TO THE MOSQUE WAS DEMOLISHED TO BUILD THE BABRI. AND AGAIN IT WAS TREATED AS A LAND DISPUTE.
THE GYANVAPI Mosque in its name as a Sanskrit word, and the western wall clearly don’t belong to a Muslim structure so praying their for the Muslims is not allowed as their holy book.

in that case how was temple remains found under the disputed site? And what about gyanvapi...you don't even need an archiological survey to say that the mosque is actually on a temple...and the qutub minar and many other such sites....how can you denay what is in plain site? No one is asked to give any masjid all the masjid should go under survey , even temples should go under survey if it was demolished by any previous religious lunatics it should be demolished and old structure should be restored.
How would we know what's under the temple?
