Holy shit!!! I’ve been trying to remember the name of this game for years. Finally found it!! Ahh brings back so many memories. This was a great game for the time.
I really enjoyed the first game and didn't love this game until I broke the sound barrier by mistake not that its hard I just didn't know it was a thing, I come back to this through TH-cam because I know the controls and the game just doesn't feel the same slow and laggy but watching it on TH-cam is a good fix for my nostalgia.
This looks like the flipside of the coin with F-Zero X. That is, instead of basic graphics for the sake of blistering speed and performance, this game performs rough and really choppy for the sake of some DAMN impressive graphics!
Horrendicious graphics, atrocious framerate. How did people put up with this? N64 is truly one of the very worst consoles. Games simply didn't work on it.

It would have been more enjoyable if you did'nt just use your weapons the second you got them for no reason. But thanks for the nostalgia
