Lacrosse boots are great. I do like muck boots but they do start to wear. I know you wear lacrosse boots almost daily. Like you said you put a lot of miles on them. Workout in them, work in them and do just anything in them. I wear mine for specific occasions. Like gardening. Thanks for another great video

The boots that crack in spots can be easily repaired. I've done that with lacrosse boots.
Shoo Goo. Clean the spot(s) and apply a thin layer over the spot. Let dry for 24-48 hours. Fixed. Made my mine last years.

Hey there - LOVE my La Crosse Rubber boots! I've had a pair of La Crosse Grange for over 10 years (I hike in them a lot and trudge through rivers/streams and mud etc.) and they just recently cracked in the side where they bend and crease a lot. Tip - every once in a while, clean those boots really good and give them a good conditioning with some Armor All (or other Rubber conditioner) - that will help keep the rubber more supple and help protect it from cracking so soon. On the downside for La Crosse - I went to pick up a new pair of Grange and I noticed the soles were so thin and the treads hardly had any texture to them. They were even slipping on the store's carpeted floor! I may go with a pair of the Alpha Burly Pros this go-round as the treads on them look more robust! Thanks for the video - oh - just a thought - I would have loved to have heard about your thoughts on the other boots you mentioned - what their faults were etc.

All of the others just aren’t as durable in my experience.

I would have thought you'd have said Muck were the best. That's good to know that LaCrosse are good boots as well. I love my Mucks!

I had some muck boots and tore a huge hole in the rubber when it caught on a small branch. I think the rubber is softer, making it perhaps more comfortable but less durable. Could have been a fluke. Thanks for watching!

Try patching those boots with a bicycle inner tube patch kit.

Try Gumleaf or Le Chameau. They are expensive but 100% rubber not 80% filler like most brands. One pair will last long enough to pay for itself.

      I’ll check them out. Thanks!

You almost have me sold. I live in SE Alaska and know for a fact that xtratuf boots do well on the slippery rocks of low tide, but I’m only able to get one season (maybe) out of them.

Give them a shot. I have torn up a couple of pairs of xtratufs on sharp sticks and such so I gave up on them. Thanks for watching!

Jason. Got a new pair or rubbers to play along with that kid like attitude that you should never lose because life is way to short. They look like a great pair of rubber boots but for that price they should come with a built in foot massager and radio LOL. Keep the great video coming. Thank you very much. You and your family have a blessed weekend. LORD GOD Bless and stay vigilant. Joshua 1 Verse 9

I had a thought about the boots cracking. Maybe after wearing them a few time every once in awhile clean them off and add some that tire conditioner spray on them might prevent them from cracking and prolong the life of the rubber boots.
