Yes!!! Thank you Greg!!! I too hate throwing my hard earned money at junk products that don’t hold up. Boots are not cheap, and comfort matters. But the main thing is they have to hold up and not crack, tear, and leak. Rubber boots are essential tools on every farm/ranch. And boots that quickly crack, tear, or leak are a complete waste of money. I always have a brand new backup pair of rubber boots on hand at all times, because there will always come a day where even the best boots fail. If you don’t have the backup pair, you are gonna finish yer work day with cold wet feet (and that sucks). I’ve had years where I go through several pairs of boots and it just burns me that I had to waste that much money. It really pisses me off. And I totally felt you fire up the same way, and I was right there with you!
Jan is also gonna be mad that you got mud on the dishes. It is a no win situation! I have a pair of Hisea boots that I have put through the test for a couple years now. Thanks for the video and the code ordered two more pairs!!!
Jan put my video setup on our Facebook page last night. I had a mop, duct tape, pillows and a stool holding up my easel. Of course she showed it to the whole world😀. Glad you were able to get a couple more pairs of Hisea boots!
Thanks Greg! I have been looking for some new boots to replace my Muck Boots. I'll have to check those out. My 5 yo daughter wants to come visit you and Jan and see the sheep!
Im digging Bogs. They hold up for this girl's ranch life. Im i northwest montana. Theyre even cold protective in winter. My lgds even chewed up part of one and theyre still holding up fine...no leaks, no cracking.

Thanks Greg. I meant to ask you about boots when I was there picking up a bale unroller but got sidetracked with all the other questions I had. I've had the same problems with so many other boots that you showed. I will definitely get a pair of Hisea for summer and winter. Once your feet are done, you're done!!
"burning the brand". It's much like "busting out the store"( like minuchin and co-conspiritors did to Sears), but not seeking bankruptcy quite as fast. It's a form of fraud they can learn at wharton school of business. They establish a good product at a price we'll pay for a while, then snecretly begin selling a lesser quality product in the same packaging and name, implying that it's the same; getting extra profit till we catch on. by then they've bought or started a 'new' brand to burn.
Yes! I was hoping I wasn't the only one. I haven't even been on my farm for 3 years and I'm on my third pair, definitely going to give these a try. Looks like they also have leather work boots!
Thanks for the video! It is awesome to find cheaper high quality boots. I have a few muck boots too. I had a pair of muck boots that lasted over 2 years but they probably aren’t torched like you do. Then, I bought another one and they didn’t last for 6 months but they will give you a free pair of boots if you have them less than a year. I bought a pair of muck boots for summer time and they are awful too. The best muck boot I bought were very expensive that I can use for work. They are composite, ice resistant, and whole bunch of other stuff. They don’t make my feet sweat either but like I said expensive. Now I will buy one of those boots when my boots get worn out. Always love all the information you give us.
glad your partnering with people. Anyone that disparages you for promoting a product (as long as you truly belive in it) and make some money for bringing it to us is just a bitter person. Ignore that noise. These will be my next pair of boots for sure.
I had given up on buying boots due to them developing stress cracks, punctures, and in some cases the outsole separates from the bottom and also some say they can be glued back on it really does not work. I have found when buying boots to get ones which are two or three sizes larger than my normal shoe size in case you want to wear an extra pair of socks. This is important with the duck boots or boots with stitching which connect the leather with the one piece rubber outsole as when you are putting them on you are not putting pressure or pulling up on the sewn part because once it breaks it cannot be resewn.
Greg I agree 100% on muck boots. But get some shoe goo for repairing that Crack that's starting in his early boot. I also use it to repair the finger tip holes in insulated leather gloves.
Thanks for the review and for sharing discount code. I've used muck boots for a while, and I really don't have complaints about them, other than the price. I ordered a pair of Hisea based on your review.
I have found over many years that boot companies place the seams in the boots or no reinforcement at the stress points ( ankle & top of foot) where the boot bends with walking causing failure in the boot. I haven’t tried this brand of boot yet but I just might now. Looks to be well made.
I remember being a teenager and my boots could never survive a single winter. I had to wrap my socks in grocery bags to keep everything out (which never worked).
I had to go back to a pull on waterproof leather, hard soled boot after years of wearing those style boots. Just a soft sole wasn’t good for my tendons and plantar arch.

I almost bought those before this winter and decided to try the muck brand again..So disappointed, they didn't even last 2 months into late fall and one day when crossing cattle at the creek I couldn't figure out why my boot was filling with water. About to see how warranty works. I’ve bought several pairs for my family. My 16 year-old’s are coming apart at the sole after 3 months. Surely replacement for defects isn’t limited to one time? If so I hope he gets more than three months out of the second pair. I bought the first couple of pairs from Hisea using Gregg’s code, but to be honest dealing directly with the company has been a big hassle. As a matter of fact two different pairs were out of stock and had to be refunded. The last three pair I’ve bought from Amazon. We’re all happy with the boots with the exception of these coming apart, although none are four months old yet.

When it came to making a purchase, I chose just the HISEA Insulated Rubber Neoprene boots (for approx. 50) and I searched for a while reading all the reviews and comments from farmers who worked much more than I do farming. There's always a debate and I learned about all the brands, M**k, La***se etc. The bottom line was the same with all of them failed at some point and depending on how heavily they are used/abused. This included mine after a year and a half of what I thought was mild use. In the end I spent a third of the cost for a similar failure rate and I will "goop" repair the pair I have and purchase another pair for the future. Respectfully...my 2 cents.
Greg what model of boot is it? We get holes in the sides of boots through the soft neoprene section. When we’re in the sage brush it tears our boots up.

Yes most rubber boots are made in Asian countries. Ok if your going to make a statement like this then tell us what boots you buy that are made in the USA. Thanks

Yep, that's me, I have never edited a video since I started my channel. Whatever I shoot with my phone that is what you get, the raw product.
@@gregjudyregenerativerancher I love it. Also gonna try a pair a the boots. Thanks for all that you and your wife do. I've learned alot from your videos
@@gregjudyregenerativerancher Hey Greg. Finally ordered a pair of 800g and thankfully my procastination paid off. Theyre on sale through Hisea for 50% off plus I still got to use your 15% code. That's an insane deal! Looking forward to seeing how these bad boys perform. Thanks again.
For that savings, if they last a winter they paid for themselves!!
My feet stay cold, even with wool socks, sometimes it takes three hrs after going to bed. Only a HOT! Will warm them up.
How heavy are they?
They are light.
Greg if I order size 8 mud work boots will size 8 winter boots be the same fit.
Whats the name this boot? I know Hisea need model. I'll give them a try ,need a pair.!
Hisea
I typed in Greg's boot and get no discount plus I can't find that specific boot I really wanted to try these
There is no space, just type: GregBoots
thanks for the help
Pair some good boots with some merino wool socks and you'll be floating.
Can't find the 800g boots you have on their website.
Those are winter boots, they will be available next winter. We are using their summer boots now with the warmer weather
Wish they made my size
I've had boots that must not have fit right. Socks end up bunched near my toes. Any problem with these doing that?
Nope
This boot all year? You wear an insulated boot in summer?
No, I’m this video I explained that I used them for two winters and they performed perfectly. The 800 grams of thin-insulate
Is only for winter periods. I will be highlighting my Hisea summer boot shortly.
My hisea hunting boots is leaking, barely six months old
I’ve bought five pairs since seeing this video. The pair I bought my 16 year-old is coming apart at the sole. It sounds like they’re going to replace them but if I understand correctly only one time? We’ll see how they handle it. Hopefully replacement pair lasts more than 3 months.
hisea boots are good but the lifetime warranty is a farce. Ask me how I know. Customer service was awful.
Your already rich. Money has nothing to do with it ! Thanks for the tip.
Muck boot is the sorriest boot ever made.
Snake proof?
you just sold me on my first pair of muck boots….thankyou Mr. greg!
i just went to their website and cannot find the boot you are showing in the video.
LaGrange boots will last till you ware out the bottoms. Deer hunt ,hog hunt. Walking miles and running hogs with no blisters.
Made in Southeastern Asia… thank you but no thank you Greg. I’ll stick with buying American!
Yes most rubber boots are made in Asian countries. Ok if your going to make a statement like this then tell us what boots you buy that are made in the USA. Thanks
@Welder78 S I was kind of wondering what boots are made in USA too, I'm not aware of any.
@@georgeheller2281 I have not heard of any,but haven't looked real hard . I have seen some that you can pull on over you shoes/ boots .
Kamik is made in Canada but i dont know of any made in the USA
Well, I ordered two pair. One for me and one for my wife. Mine, one is bigger than the other. It's not "my" foot causing the problem. My wife's are falling apart before she even put them on. We contacted HISEA they sent out a replacement pair that are eve worse. Pieces of crap! Quality just is not there. At least my muck brand boots start out with a decent level of mfg quality. Sorry but you got used Greg. Cheap Chinese mfg. I just wasted my money.
Not my experience at all, best darn boots ever had on my feet. We got a pair of summer Hisea boots and my wife and I been wearing them everyday.
I love them, my feet don’t sweat in the Hisea boots like the numerous competitor boots do.
Thanks Greg
