This is honestly one of my favourite tiny houses I have seen so far. Although I like the idea of a tiny house, many of them seem too crowded, as they naturally try to make use of every little space there is. But with this one it is still so airy and light. I especially love how much thought she put in to ventilation etc. That way it is even more sustainable. And I have never seen such a cool shower door thingy, that seems really practical.
I’ve watched dozens of these videos, and this is easily one of my favorites. The swiveling table, the net lounge, the Ikea bins, and the other details demonstrate how carefully thought out this design is. Just fabulous!
can we just appreciate how incredibly humble and kind he is. i love how you ask to come in and take a look around and your enthusiasm and choice of words are just lovely. AND to say this just your youtube channel, it amazes me seeing how professional the editing and everything is ❤️ your videos are honestly so addicting and honestly inspiring :)
I am loving Gina's house - but in particular am so thrilled to hear her discuss good air flow and ventilation! I have been waiting so long to finally see a home whose bed is actually on slats, not just a mattress on the floor! Yay for plenty of windows and a showerdome 😄
I saw a video a few wks ago where their bed was elevated off the floor up to the ceiling ! They had a pulley system to drop it down whenever needed ! That was awesome
I totally agree! As someone with mold illness, I am acutely aware of the issues of high humidity and poor ventilation in any home leading to mold. I so appreciated that she included design features around keeping the space well ventilated and mold free and that she made sure to share that in her tour!
She built a home with “left overs” and created an absolutely charming space! The framed quotes regarding reasons for toy living must be quite inspirational......(Thanks, Bryce)

Whenever I'm feeling hopeless I watch this channel, seeing other people's dreams become reality gives the inspiration to keep pursuing mine. Thank you Bryce for your awesome videos and always-cheerful-ness! Also this house was particularly awesome, I'd do ANYTHING to sleep in that net!!
If I would go for a tiny house this is the perfect example how I would do it. Modern, spacious and great things like the closets upstairs, screen for the shower and the table. One of my favs!
Me too, though I would also want more headroom on the walkway upstairs, as she mentioned. But really, otherwise excellent. Actually seems to have enough storage!
I LOVE that she mentioned and framed the quotes of the "why" people want to go "tiny". For me, it reminds me of a time when I was moving from one life experience to another. During my transition I had to downsize quite a bit from a home with a basement to an effeciency. One of the happiest times for me because I realized I could live a nice comfortable life with less.

I’m pretty sure I’ve watched nearly every tiny house video on TH-cam, but this house is by far the best designed of them all. She’s absolutely brilliant.
I also love reading, but I started reading on my Kindle years ago - I read so much that I would not be able to fit all my books into any tiny house, so having them on a kindle is saving a lot of space. You can always choose your favourites you want to keep on paperback and have the rest on a kindle.

This is truly one of the very BEST tiny homes I have seen on this channel! Very cozy, clean and functional. She did such a great job with the style and design.
I LOVE the seating nook. It's always good to have a workplace that isn't the couch. And the white net is a super great use of the space. Really smart to have it as optionally functional.
This is so incredibly smartly built. I'm so glad she talked about ventilation in the shower and loft areas, conscientiousness towards weight of total build, and angle of the chips for the toilet. It all shows that this builder cares about the longevity of her builds, and the long-term comfort of the people inhabiting them. Excellent!
The second that I saw that the net was able to hold the weight of a full grown human I was like, well we know where Bryce's final thoughts will be filmed.
I just got dumped by my boyfriend who was actively against tiny living. One of the only good things right now is daydreaming about my tiny house that I would live in without his ass.

Your channel and content has helped me through some really tough times. It inspires me and brings me a certain peace - from the music to the editing, and everything in between, this is one of the most well-produced, calming and entertainingly informative channels on the platform. I just wanted to thank both of you for all of your hard work and for helping so many people dream and turn their dreams into reality. You are very appreciated!
I love that there's minimal furniture transformations. It's cool to see your sofa turn into a bed but rather tedious if you just wanna crash on the it.
The net is one of the more innovative ideas I've seen so far. This house is so well laid out, great use of space, very open feeling. Thanks for the vid!
This was such a relaxing episode to watch! The space is beautiful and your voices are both so nice to listen to. Great video for the end of a work week! Oh and yay for being back to touring! Congrats New Zealand for being an inspiration in government responsibility and management.
Thanks so much Megan! Glad you enjoyed the tour. And absolutely, I'm super proud of our country for managing the pandemic so well. It's great that we can now film again!
To be honest I didn't really care for the exterior, but then the inside is just so beautiful, and especially the sleeping loft looks so spacious and cozy at the same time! I definitely wouldn't be brave enough for the net loft though haha!
This is definitely one of the most inspiring TH-cam channels I know of! Thanks so much Bryce and Rasa for all the great videos! I recently introduced my mom to the channel and now she can't stop talking about tiny houses 😄 Love from the other end of the world 🇩🇰
I really love the way this tiny is laid out, and it seemed like it would be too small, but when you get inside it is so spacious that I think anyone could find it the perfect size. The net space is quite unique and would be a lot of fun to have. Thank you Bryce and Rasa, this was a great video and I look forward to many more now that things are opening up so you can film more local tours. Take care sending love and hugs, bye for now.
This is the best tiny house I have ever seen in my entire life. I love that it is quite a bit smaller than most of the tiny homes you see on the internet but just as good!
Wow! This home is fantastic! It is clean and uncluttered, streamlined, just so beautiful and clever with the net/library area. I'm in love with the bathroom. Again, just when I think I have seen them all, you come up with another beauty Bryce!
I love this open design. All the elements (library, net, bathroom windows, plus and off-grid capability and movable) are impressive. It's tiny, yet spacious. Nicely designed. Thanks for sharing.
Personally, this is my favorite. Everything is a perfect size, nothing is taking up too much or too little space. There's enough room to still walk around and have guests over. Love this!
I have no words ... for me it's the perfect design! everything, any thing, color, furniture ... literally everything is in place ... I fell in love with this house from the first minutes of this video ...
I love how people come up with different ways to use the space and therefore show all the options that make it individual to their taste/needs. Certainly a test of ingenuity. Loving these houses.
Although I am Canadian, Build Tiny's style has largely impacted my tiny house design choices. They are beautifully constructed, and I wish I could find that quality here. They are truly unique. When a tiny house is finally a plausible option for me, I will be looking at a design like one of Build Tiny's. Thank you for recording this - a collaboration between my two favorite tiny house channels.
Fabulous to hear her discuss good air flow with the slats cut into the base cavity of the bed, the shower dome and recommending adequate ventilation in the loft! Reliability, love it!
I’ve watched so many of your tiny home videos, and I love the each one brings new, valuable information about tiny homes!! I’ve always wondered about the mattresses having no ventilation in the lofts and what they did is a great solution!!! I also liked her composting toilet (IKEA!) pullout drawer. Lovely video.
I love the net loft library! Very cool idea. I would be content there for hours! I love the clean, bright aesthetic! I’m loving minimalist homes and decor right now, so I really like her home! ❤️
Definitely one of the best smaller tiny houses on wheels that I've seen. You can kind of tell that she's not currently living in it, but I still like both the features and the look of it, both inside and outside. It's very bright and open, and feels well thought through!
This video inspires me to build my own tiny home and start building tiny homes for those less fortunate. Awesome layout. And thank you once again Bryce for providing yet another great and inspiring video. Your videos make tiny homes more interesting, fun, and easy to take on. You are like the Crocodile Hunter for tiny homes.
I love that her house has storage in the loft, and you can stand up. I can't say I'd enjoy hanging out in a hammock slung that high, but it's a creative space-saving solution, to be sure. Love those Ikea storage bins as well. Great way to use space you'd otherwise only be able to use for very skinny things. Also love that adjustable, movable table. Did she say it was called a lagoon table? Very cool. I got so many great ideas from this one!

The second that I saw that the net was able to hold the weight of a full grown human I was like, well we know where Bryce's final thoughts will be filmed.
Nick's Pizza I wonder if he’ll figure out a way to add one to his own tiny. 😏
😆🎉
The tiny library is my favorite spot laying on the net while reading is such a luxury. Its spacious, clean and neat. Congrats to her!
I've already pictured myself wrapped around a comfy blanked on that net, reading a book and my cat on top of me...dreams...
Tiny house means for me: my own creativity in every aspect in the house and being proud every day of accomplishing my own build.
I just got dumped by my boyfriend who was actively against tiny living. One of the only good things right now is daydreaming about my tiny house that I would live in without his ass.
Ava Patino He sounds like an asshole. Good luck on getting your Tiny House
Things happen for the best of reason. Good luck on making the dream of tiny house real.
One door closes, another door opens. Best wishes for your future, Ava. You can do anything you set your mind to. 💖💐💖
Go get that dream Ava 🙂👍
Ava Patino I forgot to mention that I’m with a group that plans to build a TH village near San Francisco. If you’re in the area and am interested, please let me know
Your channel and content has helped me through some really tough times.
What a phenomenal design, it looks way bigger on the inside! Really maximized the space, without feeling cramped at all!
Such a cute house and the interviewer does a great job of asking questions, making comments and letting the other person speak!
One of my favorites so far. Very simple in terms of design but looks functional which is important. Love it!
This is definitely one of the most inspiring TH-cam channels I know of! Thanks so much Bryce and Rasa for all the great videos! I recently introduced my mom to the channel and now she can't stop talking about tiny houses 😄
Love from the other end of the world 🇩🇰
For the first time! You showed how Composting Toilet works! Thank you!
Haha yeah!
Definitely on the top 3 of my favorite TH-cam channels. I'll never get tired of watching EVERY videos. Keep it up Bryce and team. 👌
Simple, functional and so much light inside. I particularly love the retractable shower screen and air slats under bed.
I'd actually live in a house like this. Others always seem to be missing something for me, this one has EVERYTHING 💛
I love how small and concise this tiny home is. Imagine being quarantined here. *INSERT HEAVENLY BACKGROUND MUSIC*
I love the rolling shower door. What a clever idea!
This is the best tiny house I have ever seen in my entire life. I love that it is quite a bit smaller than most of the tiny homes you see on the internet but just as good!
One of the first tiny houses I’ve seen that I wouldn’t change anything.
What a lovely lady with a lovely house. Her voice is so calming too. And great video as always Bryce! ❤
Wow! This home is fantastic! It is clean and uncluttered, streamlined, just so beautiful and clever with the net/library area. I'm in love with the bathroom. Again, just when I think I have seen them all, you come up with another beauty Bryce!
I've never seen a more efficient tiny home. Just wow.
I love this open design. All the elements (library, net, bathroom windows, plus and off-grid capability and movable) are impressive. It's tiny, yet spacious. Nicely designed. Thanks for sharing.
Hi from the US, your videos always relax me. I have been watching your videos for about 4 years, what a great show. Thank you both.
"This tiny house is the best I've ever seen" I said that so many times; this time I mean it.
vli5 Till the next one , right?
Me too!! Like honestly! This would be my ideal tiny house so spacious! She nailed it on every aspect of the home.
@@jazherahmacmornna8670 😅😅😁
that's what she said
Personally, this is my favorite. Everything is a perfect size, nothing is taking up too much or too little space. There's enough room to still walk around and have guests over.
Love this!
Wow, nice tiny house. I lovr that she can stand up in the loft. Yay Bryce sat on the net.
Pretty sure she's kneeling.
Thank you for recording this - a collaboration between my two favorite tiny house channels.
hi friends, Yes. I've been hoping for a year or more that LBTH would video Gina and BuildTinynz.
Yay! Tks for comment. 🏠
Amanda Wilcox build tiny is the best honestly
Seeing space used this efficiently makes me confident that we can solve the housing crisis where I’m from
If there were political will and zoning that would permit tiny houses, alas
This is a MANSION!!! It has EVERYTHING!! This little house is like The TARDIS, its bigger on the inside!
Fabulous to hear her discuss good air flow with the slats cut into the base cavity of the bed, the shower dome and recommending adequate ventilation in the loft! Reliability, love it!
The Best Tiny House I have seen so far. simple and beautiful. Loved it.
One of the best designed tiny houses I've seen so far. Great style and functionality. Aesthetically speaking- superior than most. I commend this girl.
I love the net loft library! Very cool idea. I would be content there for hours! I love the clean, bright aesthetic! I’m loving minimalist homes and decor right now, so I really like her home! ❤️
Absolutely, it's such a great idea. Glad you like it!
I gotta say it, I like this tiny home. Perfect little home to put at many different beautiful places, wherever the owner sees fit. Nice blue print.
Definitely one of the best smaller tiny houses on wheels that I've seen. You can kind of tell that she's not currently living in it, but I still like both the features and the look of it, both inside and outside. It's very bright and open, and feels well thought through!
dropped everything as soon as got the notification ! always the highlight of my week.
Thanks! Enjoy the episode.
This is one of my favorites. So well planned, and beautifully executed.
This video increased even mORE my desire of living in a tiny house, the net idea is amazing.
I'm from Indonesia, and feel so lucky found this channel few months ago. Such a great experience watch every single video here. Well done... 💯💯😁👍
Ive watched hundreds of these videos and i think this is my favourite tiny house i’ve seen to date!
The architect who laid out the plan for this home laid it out beautifully . This home is absolutely gorgeous ❤️
Sharon Haynes, Gina Stevens is designer for BuildTinynz ⭐✌
This video inspires me to build my own tiny home and start building tiny homes for those less fortunate. Awesome layout. And thank you once again Bryce for providing yet another great and inspiring video. Your videos make tiny homes more interesting, fun, and easy to take on. You are like the Crocodile Hunter for tiny homes.
One of the few i find livable. Simple and clutter free. Well done.
One of the better tiny houses I’ve seen , functional and stylish
With our world in such turmoil I can never thank you enough Bryce for bringing stability into our lives ❤️ 🙏
Finally a tiny house without a “farm chic” interior
Easily one of the best tiny house designs I have seen on your channel. Really inspiring!
Thanks! Glad you like it. :)
11:10 Omg that is such an amazing idea!! I also love how the second floor isnt so cramped like other tiny homes 🥰
I keep coming back to this video. By far my favorite tiny home design.
