really loved the vulnerability of mental health mixing with feeling spiritual low. I relate and have not heard someone of this position talk about it before! Allah bless you all

I really enjoyed watching this. As someone who comes from a background of depression this was quite refreshing to watch!

Salaam to everyone. I struggle to keep prayer because of task paralysis and difficulty staying organized due to ADHD. ADHD meds are not an option for me at this time. What can I do and can I ask for duaa? JAK

Walaikum salaam, May Allah swt make it easy for you and accept your striving. Remember that Allah does not charge any soul with more than it can bear, and He knows what you are going through and sees your efforts. We all have our own personal jihad and this is yours. Make dua that He makes it easy for you. Go for therapy to help with some of the organisation and task issues you have. Pray with others. Find a local support group for Muslims who have neurodiversity ( Adhd, asd etc) as this is an increasingly common health condition so there will be others like you. If there isn't a group then ask your masjid to set something up. May Allah swt bless you and accept your striving, Ameen
