I struggled to watch to the end because I am genuinely interested in the idea and will most likely be making further enquiries, but please, slow down on the hype of “imported and dollar quotes”, own your ideas and don’t sell yourself short. I can assure you that people will be more interested in investing if you had said that the development will be finished using locally sourced materials and resources. Nigerian leather for example is one of the best quality leather on earth yet we import cheap thrashy leather and thrashy leather products because we can't refine and process ours.
