Thanks :) One thing I've done in the past couple of days is set up an area in my meadow with chez remy, my house, goofy's stall, an oven, crafting station and one of each fruit tree/ bush. That way, I can quickly fill the task that requires you to harvest 3 fruit, cook a ? Star meal, etc. Then, focus on the biome specific ones. I'd also suggest getting together a chest with just critter favourite foods. I've torn my whole valley down in preparation for the islands and item rotation as well as trying to find dreamlight to turn everyone to timebending. 23 more to go, and I'll be done 😅
That is a wonderful idea, Holly! That is such a handy little tip for completing the Star Path. I'm so excited for the Floating Islands and just what we'll be able to do with them! 💜
If you must use a fishing potion, use the smaller version, the starpath sometimes requires fish caught in white bubbles and trying to burn off a load of enchantments on your rod takes a long time and I haven't had a single inkie respawn anywhere
110%, Steph! Great tip. I prefer using the smaller ones for fishing, too! It's definitely helped now that they've limited the buffs and you can't stack tons of potions. We'll have to see if the Inkies get fixed!
For anyone catching this video now, the patch notes are now out and the memory orb glitch on the Vale has been confirmed to be being patched out. Farm 'em while you can!
I hit the mining nodes when passing until they show they have a gem ready. When they show that, I leave them ready for the star path since that usually requires gems to be farmed for the duty, rather than just owned in storage.
That is a great tip, Georgie! I've always tried to get on top of the mining nodes and encouraging them to show gems-but it's always seemed so random! I'll have to give it a try!
PSA: The Tilapia task said it was for Sunlit Plateau, but I got credit for them in the other biome they spawn in. Hopefully it's still like that if we get another similar task.

Personally I don’t craft the potions beforehand, because recently they started adding tasks for you to craft them

Amazing! Mine didn't count up in the Frosted Heights and it was super frustrating. I'm hoping they ease up on that a little next time!
