@GhostOwl71 i dont think they are legally allowed too, the way the rights work last i recall are like, universal made this park in the 90s, and hasnt had the chance to update it, before disney bought the rights to marvel
disney, tried looking into getting rid of universal studios marvel park, but as long as universal keeps it _exactly_ as it was before disney owned it, they technically cant do anything about it.
so the parks just stuck in forever 90s era marvel stuff, tho it is still maintained and well kept, they just cant add new rides, change how the costumes look, invent new events or anything like that
