The looks in 102 Dalmatians did not need to go so hard and Glenn Close didn't have to reprise her role but both of those factors elevated the movie. These outfits are art, pure and simple.

I was honestly surprised when Cruella recognized dipstick Yet he is one of the dogs that she victimized but I don’t remember her caring about telling them apart and I don’t remember anyone telling her that that was one of the dogs she took In fact she even said to dipstick “I remember you . . . As a puppy” She can tell them apart I mean in one version of the story she had a son that could speak dog but last I checked this version of Cruella couldn’t do that so how’d she know that Dipstick was one of the original 99?
The Cloe character threw me off and confused me. Like why did she hate her so much? Also in one scene she said she didnt believe in 2nd chances (why are you a probation officer) and says she tricked her...when?
Cloe bought one of the Dalmatians from the original movie, one of the Dalmatians that Cruella tried to get made into a fur coat. That’s why Cloe hates Cruella so much.
