Mulberry is a nice area though.

On the right side there are less windows and there are private areas where you can not be seen as far as i can judge from the picture and google maps. But you can be sure that the people in that area have better things to do than standing at a window watching down ;) This is lower Manhattan and outdoor space like that is special.

I’ve been to the craziest places you’d never imagine could be there... clubs you get to through a stock room of a bodega, casino under a fish market, incredible restaurants hidden in the back of a taco stand, huge luxury lofts in crappy neighborhoods. Never ends.

I get it that the price of this apartment is so high because of the location, but if it was placed where I live (Poland) I wouldn't pay $200,000 for it and I don't care that the owners invested 2 mills in it. This is one of the most tasteless apartments I have ever seen. Patterns and colors look as if it was a hospital. Black and white checkerboard on the floor of the "luxurious study", which is incredibly small, would probably be attractive to an Illuminati member. A picture of M. Monroe in the bathroom? What could be more plain than that? To me it's 4/10. Great video though!
