I live here in the area where this house is, it got broken into because she did vlogs with all of her stuff. Ever since then it's been a struggle to sell it because the property value has plummeted. I came back to this video because it just went back on the market after almost closing for the first time in 3 years. So yeaaaah, not living her best life unfortunately. Although she's also mega rich so I guess she probably can't complain too much.

There is lots of old money and new money in Texas. The new money folks had to work for theirs and tend to be more down to earth. They have no problems mingling with us poor folk.
I am fascinated to know why people think she is humble, and there are a lot of comments saying that, now she may well be, but I don't see any evidence of it here particularly. I see a lot of comments about “Pricing”. This property is not located in Houston. Which plays a MAJOR factor. “The Woodlands” is basically its own suburb over an hour outside of Houston depending where you live.
Beautiful home 👏👏 & it’s priced based on that. You can get a massive home in this area for 500k-600k just for reference. (Definitely not this massive... but think 4000-6000 square feet)
