Mulberry is a nice area though.

But you can be sure that the people in that area have better things to do than standing at a window watching down ;) This is lower Manhattan and outdoor space like that is special.

It's a giant Ponzi scheme but this one never crashes. We've just come out of a 3-year housing "slump" - prices fell by about 10% - 15%.
